I booked a Health and Fitness 5 day break at the beginning of 2020 as it was mine and my friends 60th Birthdays in the middle of the year - sadly we had to delay due to Covid! I can only say how wonderful Rob and the team were at Health and Fitness Travel Co. - nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond in reorganising the trip and sorting out transfers and then helping us in terms of testing etc. for the trip. We have returned from an amazing experience at Longevity Hotel in Alvor - we have both learnt a lot about diet, our bodies, pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones with the help of our Personal trainer. We also enjoyed fabulous treatments and OMG the food was just incredible even if it was all healthy, we even had a couple of wines (organic) each evening and we both still managed to lose weight - not that it was the main objective but we were very happy. We will definitely be returning next year, and of course booking with Health and Fitness Travel Co.

Rob at "Health and Fitness Travel" was excellent and tremendously supportive in organising a "Workout Away" holiday in Myknonos. He had to manage a booking that went from initially only me - to eventually a party of three. He coped admirably and was very informative on other choices before we decided on the Mykonos holiday - which was excellent.
Definitely would book again with "Health and Fitness Travel".

Dealing with Health and Fitness Travel was very easy, Rob got what I wanted exactly and was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Longevity Health and Wellness had great professionals working there which made the trip definitely worth it.

God I needed a holiday. Just to kick back hit a tennis ball, do a little yoga, practice a little Espanol, eat well but a little clean... in a place with a little idiosyncrasy... a dash of luxury ... somewhere that wasn't too much home counties golf-clubby (Golf should be banned it's a terrible thing!) So I got on the blower to H&F travel. Rob-C was my man and he got exactly the vibe to inspire. The Marbella club was the place, perfect for my desires (despite having a Golf Club attached I barely saw a putter in the place.) It's a gorgeous spot, amazing, amazing staff, great tennis club next door, a good deal of healthy food (that wasn't just lentils and detox juices), sunrise yoga on the pier and the odd glass of cava to free the mind. I loved it. It was seamless. How Rob got what I was after was beyond me as you can probably tell from this post not much of what I say makes sense and in truth I don't think even I knew exactly what I wanted. 5 Stars! Why people try to book their own travel is totally beyond me, leave it to the folk who know what they are doing! Cheers H&F travel for the perfect antidote to that crazy world outside! Great trip to the BodyHoliday. 2nd week after re-opening so some small start up hick ups but all in all excellent experience again. Special thanks to the patience of Rob Clark from Health & Fitness for rebooking my trip 5 times due to COVID. Great work!

The perfect Reboot!
Spent 14 days at SHA Wellness Center to shake off the excess weight, lethargy and lack of fitness due to my COVID related lockdown. I could not have been happier with the room, staff, facility and my Optimal Weight program. I would absolutely do it again and recommend to anyone seriously considering improving your wellbeing to go to SHA. Finally, special thanks to Laura Burden and Health and Fitness Travel for their tremendous insights and support.

I have been speaking with Laura Burden at H&FT for almost a year now due to COVID restraints for particular destinations and what a pleasure she has been! She has been patient, responsive, and informative; providing the details I needed to successfully book a retreat that I am very much looking forward to!

3/21: On Friday morning I learned that the destination sold to me by H&TF has not only been closed (accepting money and reservations anyway) but is going to remain closed through my travel dates. I have appx $3700 out in airfare and $2500 out in stay. The airfare is non-refundable so I am now committed to spending this money towards future travel only through Delta and subject to change in fare. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. I wish I would have been told that the destination had been closed when I purchased my travel. I was instead told that the location was the only option open with COVID restrictions.

10/6/21: I have maintained communication with Laura Burden at H&FT since the cancelation and they refunded the retreat. It did take several calls to Delta and an escalation to management but I was able to get my money back for the airfare as well. Laura and H&FT have been apologetic and responsive and I would consider booking with them again down the road. Given the travel misinformation happening worldwide right now, I am personally taking a break from trying to book anything "exotic" and will stick to US based locations. This said, after hearing how H&FT is provided the information they need to book retreats from hotels and various countries, I do believe that they were not deliberately trying to sell me a vacation they couldn't deliver.

Based on how Laura & H&FT have handled the situation, and hearing that my review has been noticed in sales, I am changing my rating and hope that someday, I can travel to one of their destinations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent Bodyholiday holiday! Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the professional staff at the airport and had a private transfer to the resort with a very friendly and courteous driver who gave me a history of the island. This was my second time visiting Bodyholiday, the first time with a group and this time alone. The resort is fabulous and the staff and other guests are incredibly friendly. I may have had more fun and met more people alone than if I had traveled with friends. There are so many planned events and great people to meet. The food is amazing and the view is spectacular. The daily spa treatments are incredibly relaxing and the staff are professional and helpful. I am already planning my return to Bodyholiday in just a few months time. Bodyholiday is a truly transformational experience.

We booked a trip for a group of 10 through Robert Clark at Health and Fitness Travel. Rob was fantastic from start to finish, and ensured our trip went smoothly. This was not easy during covid, but he kept in touch, and ensured we were kept up to date throughout the period running up to our trip.

Great service and I will certainly book with them again.

We came to Health and Fitness Travel with a large group booking for a big trip. They have been great. Rob in particular was helpful, patient and I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone looking to organise a special trip!

A big thank you to Rob Clark for seamlessly organising our detox trip to Sianji in Turkey, everything ran like clockwork with no hiccups, quite astonishing during Covid.
Booking with this company allowed extras such as complimentary VIP transfers and some fee treatments which were an added bonus, and much appreciated.
Sianji is in a good location right on the sea and a 3 km walk into Turgatries. The hotel itself could do with some in room decoration but most things are functional. We took a 2 bed villa which was great for the two of us, individual bathrooms fridge freezer washing machine. This is my third trip here and I have to say the detox and spa area has improved so much. The team are now cohesive and it really shows in the deliver. Staff are very helpful friendly and knowledgeable, and appear happy in their job. The programme lacks some activities, partly due to covid, and partly as they’re not heating their thermo pool which was the only real downside. The gym is very good, as is the spa & treatment area. Massages with Davey are a must, she’s excellent. Will certainly book via Rob for this property again.

I Wanted to thank Robert Clark (Rob) for arranging my wonderful trip to Madeira.
I was looking to do my first solo trip and I wanted it to be more of a retreat/fitness holiday. Initially I had Italy in mind and no more than 4 days as it was my first solo trip. I contacted Health and Fitness Travel and it turns out the resort in Italy was out of my budget. However, Rob took the time to ask me what exactly I was looking for. I gave him all my requirements and budget (which I must admit was quiet a list and a tight budget). Rob found me the best deal within my budget for a 7 days fitness retreat in Madeira. Once I got there I realised how Rob thoroughly took his time to arrange this trip for me. It was everything I wanted and more.
The hotel in Madeira (Galo Resort) was in a great location for me, just by the Ocean and had so many activities that 7 days wasn’t enough to do it all. great choice!
I appreciated your help & guidance in picking the perfect resort for me. I cannot wait to plan my next visit with you.

I had a great experience booking through health and fitness travel with Rob. He was really helpful communicating with the resort for me, booking transfers and also giving great travel advice.
I ended up really enjoying my stay at Shanti Som in Spain because of his help getting me there.

I have had a wellness & fitness retreat on my bucket list for a long time. I did some searching and found Health & Fitness Travel. Laura was great and we were able to book a trip in March.

She worked with me to book BodyHoliday which turned out to be just what the doctor ordered. Her recommendation for the all-inclusive packet gave me just about everything I need as a single traveler. While did a few upgrades most was included in the package, Many thanks for the help and I am sure I will contact Health & Fitness again for my next adventure.
