I found Lefay Resort and Spa Lago di Garda to be an excellent venue for a week of health and fitness activities.
The booking process with Health and Fitness travel was very comfortable and efficient. The schedule that had been set up for me was comprehensive and varied.
I will definitely return in the not too distant future.

Booking with Rob Clark was something we would not hesitate to do again. He took all of the stress out of traveling, which is something that is priceless in today's climate.
He heard our needs and picked a perfect resort to match our requirements. Each question was answered promptly, and definitely valued his follow up emails prior to our flights with entry requirements and even a email wishing us a great trip.

We had no issues with the hotel (Vilalara Spa in Portugal), or transfers or flights, but we were rest assured if we had, Rob would've been quick to assist. Thanks again!

I stayed at Body Holiday in St. Lucia and it was an amazing time. Had a wonderful time as solo traveler. Felt welcome from the first moment and meet great people, locals and guests! The community tables are great and solo traveler but as well groups are joining.

It was perfection from start to finish and he made sure that the programme was tailored to my preference and the experience was perfect. I have just returned from a fantastic week away booked with Rob at Health and Fitness Travel. From the first point of contact (phone answered immediately and never on hold!) to the choice of resort and any queries, I had first class service. I have just returned from a trip booked with the help of Rob Clarke at Health & Fitness Travel. I came across them by accident via an internet search and had seen the excellent reviews online.

I had a vague plan that I wanted to travel before I ended my career break and had some ideas in mind. With the complexities of Covid impacting travel and also, wanting to ensure I was making the right choice from a wide range of possible locations, I spoke to Rob on Wednesday afternoon and he immediately validated my dream to go to Kamalaya in Koh Samui, as we discussed the concept / alignment to my requirements etc. That same day, Rob provided me with an itinerary and costs (flights + resort) and on Thursday, we firmed up the finer details. First thing Friday morning I booked and confirmed - in less than 48 hours, Rob had taken all the stress away from booking a trip, departing in exactly 1 week's time (yes, a lastminute trip indeed!) and took on ownership of liasing with Kamalaya / the Thai consular govt for the Thai pass / locked the flights etc. I literally had little to do other than the Thai pass application - and even this, Rob painstakingly worked through with me.

The experience of both booking with Rob and also the place itself was literally faultless. I can find zero fault with anything (well outside of the mosquitoes ;-)). It is clear that Rob knows his job inside out as everything was anticipated/ organised in advance such that the trip aligned exactly to the expectations I had set out.

I will definitely be using Rob / Health & Fitness Travel again - Top marks !

Great holiday and communication with Robert at Heath and Fitness travel made this a worry-free experience at Longevity in Portugal, a beautiful hotel with staff and trainers adding to the healthy experience. Something i would do again and definitely book with Robert at H & F Travel again...

This company is fantastic and I highly recommend them. I was searching for a solo holiday using the usual holiday providers websites but I wasn’t feeling inspired and I was struggling to find something that had activities and could meet my dietary requirements. I found this site on google and dropped them an email. The service thereafter was amazing! I was asked what I would be interested in, any specific interests plus budget etc and I was then given a personalised list of suitable holiday options. Laura was my key contact and she did a fantastic job of finding the perfect holiday / retreat for me. The price was very reasonable for what was included and I was assured it was safe for solo travelling - which it absolutely was. Everything was made so easy booking through this company - I didn’t have to plan anything - just pack and go! A massive shout out to Laura for the great options and ultimately an amazing holiday I experienced. I’d have never have found that on my own or had such a stress free holiday. I’ll definitely be returning for future escapes!

I asked Robert to organise a health and fitness holiday as a surprise for my wife Mary I just ticked a couple of boxes that must be included Well did he sent us on a health and fitness break From we where picked up at the airport till we where dropped off back at the airport we where treated like stars the hotel fantastic the trainers superb the healthy food amazing .Once again Robert thank you we’ll be back

From the beginning Rob took the time to find out exactly what I was looking which really paid off across my whole holiday experience. I was looking for rest and rejuvenation for myself and being a yoga teacher who hosts retreats I can unfortunately be underwhelmed when treating myself to a much needed break. I’m so glad I put my trust in Rob and Health and Fitness travel. They handled all of the logistics, liaising with the hotel and arranging the perfect package (all of the headache basically that goes with a retreat) and got it exactly spot on! The hotel was clean, beautiful views, treatments and practitioners were very skilful and friendly, the food was amazing (based an Ayurvedic principles and vegetation but also really tasty and filling!) and the yoga teachers were able to challenge and support all levels of yoga experience in their classes. Everyone was beyond impressed with the classes.
I literally had to turn up at the airport at the correct time with my passport and Rob at Health and fitness travel had taken care of the rest; delivering an incredible experience and real relaxation for this very picky (sorry Rob!) client. I’m already thinking about where I will book with them next. Highly recommend.

Health and Fitness Travel were extremely professional and helpful with all aspects of a wellbeing holiday, from initial advice through to the actual travel arrangements. They gave expert recommendations, well tailored to what I had requested and ensured everything would run smoothly.
The stay at Longevity Alvor was a great experience with professional programme and highly attentive staff. The food was very good and the environment restful - if a little too quiet at the end of February

We had to delay our trip twice (Covid) and deal with some really complicated paperwork and Rob was right there with the suggestions and changes as well as the links to what was needed from us. Rob at Health & Fitness Travel couldn't have been more helpful. This holiday was a long time coming - postponed twice by Covid and each time he rebooked it so readily and helpfully. We also wanted subsequently to investigate different flight options and he was endlessly patient. Then the links to all the relevant information to get our fit to fly certificates were really helpful as I was feeling very daunted by the process. The holiday when we got there was WELL worth the hassle and the wait! But what's not to like about a week at the Body in St Lucia in February?

Id like say a massive thank you to Rob at Health and Fitness Travel. My partner and I have just returned from a recent trip to Bodyholiday, St Lucia (which is excellent!) and I have to say that Robs' help before and during or trip was invaluable. Prior to flying out, we had to delay at very short notice due to unplanned surgery, and whilst away we requested quotes for a possible extension, and on top of this needed airport transfers organising at short notice. Nothing was to much trouble for him, he always responded quickly and is very friendly and professional to deal with over the phone. On top of this, they always give a quote that is more competitive than booking with British Airways , or even booking directly. Whilst away, we passed his details on to a number of the other guests. We will certainly be contacting Rob for our next trip. Many thanks!!

I was utterly clueless about where I could go on holiday right now and what I should be doing. I just knew I wanted a relaxing week involving yoga and a bit more heat than the UK in January. Rob was brilliantly helpful at locations (Asia is out, stick to Europe or the Caribbean) and then in tailoring the holiday to my needs. Very easy to get hold of, in fact he was easier to get hold of than I was.

In the end, I did the Ayurvedic relaxation for 6 days at the Galo resort in Madeira. Much recommended if you want a total R&R week. Great variety of yoga. Reassuringly German Ayurveda doctor so didn’t feel too woo woo. And Madeira itself is a total treat.

I was looking for an active holiday and came across Heath and Fitness Travel. The extremely knowledgeable Laura helped guide me through the complexities of current travel restriction and we got to the perfect solution for my requirements. After booking nothing was too much trouble for her and my chosen destination was exactly as described! I would very much recommend using this company for your travel needs!
