Whole experience was great from start to finish. Laura asked what we were looking for - a good gym, healthy food, by the sea and some sun - and came up with Marbella Club. She seamlessly booked flights and the holiday which was just what we were looking for. Really excellent hotel with delicious fresh and healthy food and great personal trainers - Viktor and Pablo - in the gym. Highly recommend.

Rob was so helpful in booking our trip for us, he gave options and recommendations and was really responsive, we actually ended up booking quite late at night and it was no trouble for him! He continued to be super helpful and supportive in the run up to the trip and whilst we were away, always checking in and ensuring everything was ok. The experience was so smooth and pain free - I will 100% be booking with Health and Fitness travel again! In regards to BodyHoliday...WOW, what an amazing trip, I cannot recommend this place enough, fantastic setting, facilities and staff, I can't wait to go back!!

We have just got back from a fantastic trip to the Body Holiday in St. Lucia.
With all the travel uncertainties over the past few years we were so lucky to have Rob as our organiser, cannot thank him more, was such a relief to know if we had any questions we could contact him and he always helped.

We had had to cancel our trip twice due to the pandemic and restrictions, Rob helped us every step of the way.
I had such a wonderful time, it was my first time at the body holiday and it was well worth the wait! The resort and all the staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating. Our rooms, classes, treatments, meals and drinks were amazing. We are planning on going back next year for my mums birthday to celebrate in paradise. Thank you so much to Rob.

Recently went on a 2 week holiday to Carlise Bay Antigua on an all inclusive basis.
Health n Fitness arranged everything to perfection including a guest relation person to meet us in the airport who helped us beat the queue to a taxi for ourselves and whisked us off to the hotel.
They arranged activities including kayaking all day island boat trips on a fantastic catamaran to include scuba diving and a lobster lunch on an island beach.
Our other passion is tennis so we enjoyed free group
Lessons as well as arranging private sessions.
My lasting memory will be sharing a pina colado on the beach staring at a volcano on Montserrat.
Best holiday ever and would highly recommend Health n Fitness Travel.

At times , when traveling around the world is not simple( to say the least)and paperwork is endless,the support and help of the travel agency- health&fitness and the trusted expert Robert Clark was/is priceless and made all the difference for the better ofcourse.

We have recently returned from a fantastic 10 day stay at the Body Holiday in St. Lucia.
With all the travel uncertainties we were very fortunate to have Rob as our organiser exceptional!
We had had to cancel our trip twice owing to government restrictions and each time, Rob helped and reassured us. He sought out all the relevant forms for us and was liaising every step of the way. It made our lives so much easier.
He had a good rapport with the team in St Lucia, so was able to keep us up to date.
Everything was wonderful at the resort and all the staff could not have been more helpful. Our rooms, classes, treatments, meals and drinks were first class.
We had one hiccup at the resort which was dealt with immediately and we were fortunate to have a private meal on the beach as recompense. Perfect.
We are looking to revisit Body Holiday in 2023 for a special birthday and hope Rob will be our 'Go To'.

With high hopes this would be a holiday of a lifetime, I was not disappointed. Laura at Health & Fitness Travel went above and beyond to secure my perfect break away to Thailand. She ensured all the correct paperwork was completed and regulations were met at international security so my journey went seamlessly. The hotel we picked was Absolute Sanctuary in Koh Samui which seemed like heaven on earth with the staff meeting the guests' needs all the time. Because Thailand had only just reopened to tourists the hotel only had a few guests so we were treated with extra special care, ie. taxi service to the beach when needed, changing schedules etc
The hotel facilities were great ie. beautiful luxurious spa, yoga room was relaxing, gym, pilates & workout rooms were brilliant too. The treatments were conducted by specialists and the massages were the best I'd ever had.
The food menu was great, you couldn't order anything unhealthy and there was such a variety of tasty dishes. Oh yes, and the hotel was exceptionally clean, although a little overgrown which they were dealing with whilst we were there.
Overall, I highly recommend anyone who either wants to just rest (like myself) or weight manage to visit Absolute - it was great. I look forward to returning soon.

Laura Burden was amazing at organizing for us the perfect retreat holiday at the last minute. It was so easy booking everything through her as it was hassle-free and allowed us to book all PT sessions and treatments through one person and to amend the same. We stayed in the Lefay Resort near Lake Garda and it really was the perfect holiday. So relaxing, the service and facilities were top quality and I will definitely be returning to Lefay again.

Rob couldn’t of been more helpful setting us up to go to villalara. Even when I realised my passport was out of date two days before we left. He helped us sort out the best option and we got there and had an incredible time. The spa is simply next level. An incredible team of health practitioners and beauty therapists. Can’t wait to go back!

We were returning customers to Health and fitness travel, and asked them to help us with our honeymoon booking. Unfortunately as plans had changed it was quite short notice, but Laura and the team went above and beyond to make our holiday booking experience seem-less and arrange a fantastic stay at The body holiday.

From our first enquiry, our agent was very helpful. He organised and tailor made the holiday and went to the trouble of re-organising when we changed the length of our stay. All the hassle was taken out of organising ourselves. The communication with the hotel and re the facilities available was also outstanding and there were no hitches. I am so pleased I found Health and Fitness travel - from start to finish Laura was so incredibly helpful. She really listened to my requirements/hopes for the trip and she helped me whittle down the many different options out there. Sometimes I find looking for things on the internet overwhelming in terms of choice and reliability. It was such a relief to have all of the hassle taken out of the process. Laura's recommendations were spot on and the holiday itself everything she said it would be. The quality of the package was superb. I loved Shanti Som and will hopefully return. The warm welcome, beautiful surroundings, excellent staff and fantastic yoga classes - it was a true wellness retreat and I would give it 5 stars. In the meantime I know who I will be contacting for health and fitness trips elsewhere - the organisation and arrangements were spot on, utterly reliable and hassle free.

Laura responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. In today's world this is hard to find. Highly recommend.

I've just come back from a superb holiday with Elounda Spa Hotel in Crete. The weather was lovely, the spa and staff were amazing, the food was a bit of a let down and I picked up Covid on the flight back, but this should not detract from the great service I got from H&FT.

I was looked after brilliantly by Laura - she gracefully tolerated much indecision to begin with about rooms, number of people and dates. She was super friendly and helpful and set up the holiday to perfection, briefing the spa staff who treated us like royalty. I'd definitely recommend.

First time customer, and all our expectations were surpassed. Fabulous service from Rob, finding us a resort, booking travel, tennis, golf tee off times, transfers. All details were covered brilliantly and all our requested updates for changes - totally stress free holiday! Resort was also fantastic-we hope to return next year.

it all started with my agent Robert Clark, of Health and Fitness Travel. His most efficient booking arrangements and caring for a customer. The Sienji Resort Centre was a Paradise on Earth. From the welcoming desk to all the staff. The Detox programme was flexible and we were able to even incoroporate a Raw Food Programme and an Anti Age Diet.... We enjoyed the SPA Centre at anytime of the day as many times we wanted. The extra activities such as Zumba at the Pool, YOGA classes, Walks early in the morning; Exercises classes; and more. We had the chance to visit the nearby village of GUMUSLUK - we fell in love with this place. We aslo had a wonderful journey by bus to BODRUM and I highly recommend a visit to BODRUM - nice restaurants, shops, the Marina with its boats is fantastic, I found all Turkish people friendly and appreciate the tourists. We had a Seabass fish lunch at GUMUSLUK in the oven with Rock Salt...unbelievably tasty. All in All it was FAN-TAS-TIC. Hope to return again. Thanks to everyone!

Had a great experience travelling to The Body Camp, Mallorca. Rob from Wellness Travel listened to all the requirement from the group and tailor made the holiday accordingly. Even changing the dates to suit due to covid. Nothing was too much trouble and even the personal touch on the emails before and after meant a lot. It wasn't just about taking the money.
