Max was great throughout. An issue with initial delivery was resolved promptly. Now have some great, healthy red robin trees in our garden

H&C Trees supplied and Planted four 3 metre tall Red Robin standard trees. The trees were in excellent condition, as described on arrival. The team of two who planted the trees were both courteous and friendly, spending just over two hours in making sure the trees were well planted and supported. 1 month after the planting H&C trees followed up to ensure the trees were growing well and to ensure all was ok. In short, great service.

I hadn’t ordered from H&C’s Trees before but their price was good and I am very pleased I did, the Yew trees that they delivered were really lovely, well grown plants and I am sure they will do well.

It was very easy to order on line. It's been a while now since I ordered the tree, and it has planted well and I'm looking forward to seeing it fill out next year. It was delivered well packaged and was a lot taller than I had thought it would be which was great.

A great experience with H & C’s trees, the order was delivered when expected, with updates closer to the delivery day/time, the tree was as expected and looking forward to seeing it grow in the garden.

Would highly recommend HandC's trees. Bought some 3/4 standard red robins which were delivered on the day I was advised, were in good condition and great value for money compared to some of the bigger companies. It was nice to support a smaller company who are just starting out, they provided an excellent service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.

Max and the team offered a high level of service in helping us source some trees for privacy. The trees were delivered on time and are of a noticeably high quality when compared to others on the market. The prices were reasonable too! I would definitely recommend !

I had been looking for pleached red robin trees for privacy in our new build home for months but with the prices at our local garden centre I decided against. I found HC Trees through Instagram and seeing their amazing and competitive prices I put an order in for 4 straight away, and also with their summer sale I’m so glad I did. There was great communication, quick delivery and they were friendly everytime I called with a question (on where’s best to plant etc). Bought 3 Eucalyptus trees. Got exactly what I asked for so very pleased. Only criticism would be the delivery time was a bit slow. Would definitely use again.

We were very impressed with the service from H&C Trees, having been buying trees for many years over the internet they are by far the best. They are very friendly and made everything so easy it was effortless and offered great advice. Our tree is also by far the best quality we have bought before. It arrived in excellent condition on their own transport which lessened the worry at our end. Would 100% recommend.

We have purchased many trees from Max, Sam and the team at H&C and have been very impressed with both the trees provided and the personalised service. The guys have integrity and deliver on what they say they will do.
Trees are imported from Europe so we were able to order to our own preference and planned several months ahead. A couple of tress were a little on the small side so, without prompting, the guys replaced them with their own stock items which included magnolia and eucalyptus trees which were far better so we were really chuffed.
Since then we have visited their premises near Market Harborough and purchased more of their trees in stock which have now been planted and also agreed to buy another huge multi-stemmed feature tree which will be planted during the Winter.
We plan to buy more next year to enrich our land as we know we won't be disappointed.

We ordered a Magnolia Grandiflora - Standard Tree (180-200cm clear stem)
When it arrived we actually thought there was a mistake .it was literally a 1.8 metre very thin trunk ( the minimum described ) then a very small amount of foliage . The underside of the leaves were brown which we hadn’t realised is normal but is not very attractive ( it looks unwell ) .When I searched through the photos of the items advertisement I did find a photo which looked like our tree - but it did take some searching . So be careful what you order and do your research carefully or you may end up with something unsuitable as we did .

We are so pleased with our holly (ilex) tree. It arrived in fantastic condition, very carefully wrapped and it looks nice and healthy a couple of months on with lots of red berries and shiny leaves. We had ordered a second tree in the same order but unfortunately this was missed. H&C contacted us to apologise and arrange delivery of the second tree and offered discount for the error, which has given us confidence to order from them again in future.
