Appalling customer service
In a competitive marketplace this salon stands out for very rude customer service - shout out to Larab!
Laser hair removal services are available in many salons, but please do not fall for the low prices as so many people are sold courses you simply cannot get appointments - when calling to try to find time I was spoken over, shouted at, told by Larab "I actually don't care what you tell management - oh my god, get off the phone!"

I got my eyebrows done by Priya today! She was very meticulous and delivered exactly how I like my eyebrows. I initially told her how I like my eyebrows and she took her time to do exactly how I asked her to. Very pleased with Priya! She was great

Delisia is a hidden gem
Delisia is a hidden gem. She is excellent at threading. The best in Barnet. She is also friendly and i always look forward to going here because of her.
She also told me about the laser here so i invested and have not been disappointed so far. Like she said, the results are excellent , also because they take their time to do it well and not rushing. This makes my results excellent and my investment in doing laser here worthwhile.

Shania is a great Beauty Therapist and I will miss her so much as she goes on maternity leave. She always makes you feel comfortable and attends to your needs and gives great advice.
