If I could give them no stars I absolutely would. The way that they handle issues is so frustrating that I wish I’d never started going to them in the first place. Try cancelling a treatment you haven’t gotten yet and it takes them months. They ended up cancelling my laser treatment I was half way into instead of the microneedling treatment they forced upon me. I had to refinance my laser treatment after they cancelled it and it ruined my credit. You would think they’d be apologetic but instead they force you to deal with the finance side even though the finance people will just ask you to ask them for the answer, playing the middle man. Also a staff member burned me! They weren’t apologetic about that either. They said verbatim that someone of “my race” would do the treatment for me when I communicated about the burn and I immediately told them I wasn’t a racist! That was bizarre. Heck when the whole issue of them cancelling my laser treatment arose they didn’t so much as offer me a discount! They are incredibly incompetent and I will not be returning once my laser treatment is done. I wish I could get out of it but it’s nearly done. I’m sick of their sloppy and incompetent management.

Romana greets with a wonderful, welcoming smile that instantly puts you at ease. She is truly a lovely person, always making sure I’m comfortable, asking if I need a drink, and checking how I’m feeling. But what amazes me most is her brilliant skill—I've never seen my eyebrows look so fantastic. I’m thrilled with Romana’s professional work and can’t wait for my next appointment. A big thank you, Romana!

A lovely local beauty spa. Fatosh, the beautician specialist, is very skilful with various kinda of facials & laser treatments for face and body & is very pleasant to talk to. I would recommend her services. The spa management is good at rearranging appointments and they give discounts and recommendation appropriately.

The therapist who did my treatment shiva was very accurate in removing every trace of hair and doing effective lasering that was completely pain free and relaxing and comforting
