I had 9 laser treatments in total. Lucy did my first 3 and was lovely, and Denisa took care of the remaining 6. Both of them were amazing, super friendly, and so informative throughout the whole process!

She was super friendly , professional and kept me well informed throughout. She always took her time to answer all my questions in a very thorough and detailed manner. I paid a princely sum for 3 x 30 minute procedures which equated to 2 x 25 minutes and 1 x 18 minutes.

I have requested on multiple occasions pictures of before and after to no avail.

I started my freckle removal treatment a few months ago and each time I have had it, I have chosen Cristina whose professionalism and precision are second to none. She listens carefully, always making sure my skin concerns are treated seriously. Every time I have my session, she makes sure the treatment brings the optimal results by adjusting the settings and checking thoroughly how my skin reacts. Cristina's friendly and genuine approach makes the treatment wonderful and easy while her care for client’s concerns is really genuine. I would definitely recommend booking with Cristina for any treatment you decide to do in the clinic. She is great!

It was my first time with her and she was really patient with me as I had taken a bit of a break from my laser sessions due to holidays and sun exposure. I am loving my results so far. I had laser hair removal on my face/ chin, underarms, Hollywood, perianal and lower legs. I will definitely be requesting for her again.

I applied for a role with this company, completed the interview process and requested task, and subsequently received an offer of employment.

Throughout the process, I was repeatedly encouraged to start as soon as possible and was asked to confirm a start date and provide references. I explained that, because of my short notice period, I needed appropriate written documentation before putting my current employment at risk.

Unfortunately, communication during the onboarding process was very poor. Several emails and follow-ups went unanswered. I was also told more than once that reference requests had been sent, but after repeatedly checking with my referees, they confirmed that they had not received them.

Throughout the process, I was given repeated assurances that things were progressing. Then, at around 7pm on the Friday, just one week before my planned start date, I was told not to resign because there were “issues regarding my onboarding”, without any explanation. The following day, I received a letter withdrawing the offer.

I found the way this process was handled extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise prospective candidates to exercise considerable caution when dealing with this company.

I want to clarify this because I do think the website is misleading: you have to buy the packages of the treatment BEFORE you can get a patch test. This seems very bizarre to me - how do you know if your skin can tolerate the treatment? You can only find out after you hand over your money. I had gone to a previous clinic where I could get a patch test in every relevant area before deciding if I want to pursue the treatment. This should be the standard. Despite what Pulse Light are saying in their response, the technician did not ask to look at my skin at all during the consultation or discuss any medical conditions that could determine suitability of the treatment.

Also at my face-to-face consultation, I was told by the technician to “do my own research” - what is the point of the consultation then?! The vibe of the clinic was also that everybody was in a rush so while I can’t comment on what the treatments are like, it did feel like a place where they would rush you which is not something I would want when somebody is literally shooting lasers at your body.

Laser sessions with Christina are great! She is knowledgeable about each phase of the treatment and has excellent customer service. I would highly recommend having treatment with her!
