This is my second Kia . This time my wife and I purchased today - 22 June 2024 , a Kia Xceed First Edition ISG S , from Hawkins Motors Ltd , Hayle Inustrial Park , Marsh Lane , HAYLE , TR275JR . We are DELIGHTED ! Superb deal on our Kia part exchange , initial contact with the excellent Sales Executive Sharon Opie , Fabulous . Nothing at all was too much trouble . Faultless , in fact . We drove our new car home today - a dream car , loaded with gadgets ! Will take me an age to get to grips with them ….Sharon has offered to keep in touch by phone - lovely touch . We are totally confident that our relationship with Sharon , and Hawkins Motors will bloom ! We cannot recommend Kia , Sharon Opie , and Hawkins Motors enough . They certainly value their customers .

I have phoned three times to try to order a replacement three button key for my Peugeot Expert van.

No one ever answers the parts department phone and it goes to answerphone requesting to leave a message.

Having left message and being advised that someone will phone me back - no one ever phones back.

Phoned Truscotts Peugeot in Launceston and they have sorted the matter first time.

When selling a car to you they aren’t too bad, a typical motor sales company really! The reason I have given a one star rating is the aftercare is abysmal!! I’ve tried to get support with various queries, sent multiple emails to them and just get ignored! Don’t expect any aftercare from Hawkins Motors!!

Picked up my Hyundai i10 today, want to say a big thank you to Simon Bryant, he has been so helpful through out the process. Most unexpected, we went to the ground floor to a room where my car was ready and waiting, I thought this was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend Hawkins motors.

I received excellent service from Jon and Kai at Hawkins Nissan, Blackwater. I wanted to trade in my Qashqai for one of the newer models with automatic transmission. Jon and Kai are knowledgeable and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I am a return customer as Jon had sold my previous car to me three years ago.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Nissan at Blackwater. They provide great service and there's peace of mind knowing that you and your car will be well looked after.

I asked Tom the Sales Clerk a few questions & he couldn't answer them.

I dont even want to rate one star. basically my Hyundai i800 developed a ad blue service fault which would not clear. I booked car in for this to be looked at and service told me that the works would require a new piece of exhaust,a particulate filter and a NOX sensor. All in £4300+. I told them unpolitely to do one.
I purchase a NOX sensor for 135 and fitted within an hour. Re set codes and all good.
What a rip off and this was not the only time,last year they wanted over 1000 for brakes! I will never go back there.

Visited the MG dealership at blackwater and spoke with Evie about a used mg5ev. She was super friendly and made the whole car shopping experience pleasant and easy. We had a nice long test drive and are very impressed with the car. The only thing stopping us from buying it there and then was we need to sell our car first.

Visited the Hyundai dealership in St Austell today and spoke to Jason. He was absolutely brilliant. He has a warm, laid back attitude and was really helpful and knowledgeable, with a great sense of humour too. We were offered a test drive with a relaxed and trusting approach and no pressure to buy the car. The best experience we've had when looking at a new car. We felt very comfortable and were delighted by the customer service we received especially as my husband is disabled and it was refreshing for him to be spoken to so openly with cheerful banter and respect. Bravo Jason!

I've just collected my car from St Austell Branch with Justin whos always very helpful to me as I'im a widow also thanks to Mike, he's very helpful too, like their receptionish, she's lovely - and I wouldn't go any where else.I recommend this Branch to anyone.Their like my friends now - if you want a good deal try them!

Asked for rear wiper on my electric car to be changed on my service. Was charged £39 for two front wipers instead that did not need changing and then charged a further £19 for my rear wiper to be changed after chasing service dept three times about this (this took 3 weeks). Sadly very dissatisfied with service. Also told tyre pressure was low by service reception administrator - that too was incorrect, as just had my tyres renewed locally within two weeks. Hawkins reading on my tyres was well below what was reported, as I went back to the company who put my tyres on and they showed me how they read tyres threads.
Grubby hand stains left on my steering wheel too.
Conclusion: really dissapointed with level of service and how my complaint was handled

I have had the best experience at Hawkins MG Blackwater , the staff communication is fabulous, the process was a seamless and straight forward , I dealt with Josh and Jack who I would highly recommend. They met all of our needs and understood our family situation. 5 stars Thankyou

First class service from Sales manager, GAVIN PASCOE . Very attentive to details and a welcomed walk-through with the controls on picking up my car. Absolutely smitten with my new C5 Aircross C class demonstrator with a great reduction on full price. Great deal GAVIN thank you. Thought I could smell petrol coming from my car when I got it home rang GAVIN and it was checked out within the same morning and found to be all good. I assume it was parked beside a car that had problems.

I would like to recommend Hawkins Motors Hayle for their excellent service, whilst buying a Kia Ceed.
