Great Hawaiian Vacation
Our plans had to be changed at the last minute due to Hurricane Nolo. We were supposed to go to Maui but decided to stay in Honolulu and Jenn and her team were great and made it happen.

What a great experience! We booked the hour sail today, and the entire crew was absolutely amazing. They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to interact with everyone on the boat, creating a fantastic, welcoming vibe.
The captain did a wonderful job navigating and keeping us safe, and the deckhand who served drinks was attentive and fantastic. They all made the trip truly memorable. Thank you for a wonderful time—highly recommended!"

Mahalo nui loa for the 5 stars and lovely review! The Diamond Head Sail & Snorkel is awesome! Hope you saw dolphins and turtles! Their crew is just awesome, as is the boat. Such a stable vessel for it's length and when the captain is such a pro like this one is, it's a total pleasure. My husband, (who gets seasick at the drop of a hat regardless of how much Dramamine he takes), didn't have an issue on this boat!
I see you are on Captain Bob's Picnic Sail today! We've gone when it was cloudy too and it was actually even better because when we stopped to play volleyball it wasn't so bright that we were needing to wear sunglasses just to see. We absolutely loved it and we hope you do too!

Hawaii Tours did a wonderful job of selecting our tours. We opted for a three island, ten-day package. We felt that we saw the things that we wanted to see and were connected with good tour guides. They took care of all of our transportation and we never had to worry about finding our way around.

Great O'ahu Circle Island & US Pearl Harbor Memorial Tour
Ray, our guide was really good. He gave continuous descriptions of where we were passing, and provided
history and side-stories to go along with the tour destinations. In hindsight, it may have been better to spend more time at the Dole Plantation and less time at the Turtle Beach area (since it was the wrong time of the season for them to be there).

Although I was not able to experience the Tubing adventure on Kaua'i because of Hurricane Lowell I need to give this company 5 stars. Our cruise ship itinerary changed. When I returned home, I contacted them and they were very understanding of the circumstances and issued a complete refund of the payment I made months in advance! If I ever go back I will be sure to book with them!

The tour was great and the guide was very informative. The only thing I was disappointed in was the sudden change in the pickup spot. There was an annual parade going on and I was just disappointed that they failed to realize that.

Sometimes a parade route needs to be changed if the weather is going to be bad or has the potential for flooding (so that the parade goers and viewers don't have to walk through a lot of water). Some streets flood more than others and the HDOT and police just make changes on the fly without notifying the tour companies.
So sorry if this was an issue but it was out of our control. We hope it won't deter you from using us in the future as it's our aim to have Hawai'i be your "go-to" vacation destination and for HawaiiTours.com to be your "go-to" site for booking in Hawai'i. Pearl Harbor Tour
The tour of Pearl Harbor was great but we didn't need a tour of Honolulu. Felt like we wasted two hours driving around when we paid for a 5 hour tour that we thought was for Pearl Harbor. Probably should of paid closer attention to the website and the information provided so others don't waste their time. The driver/tour guide was good and engaging keeping us informed throughout the entire tour.

Best family vacation
For a first time vacation to Hawaii, this trip was fantastic. With Hawaiian Tours it was completely taken care of and very stress free. They were in touch with us from the time we landed to the time we left. All transportation and tickets were provided to any excursions we had. It was a family vacation and everyone enjoyed it. I highly recommend it and we look forward to coming back in the future.

Save your money and go see the sunset on the beach without the horse- While the views are amazing the horse…
While the views are amazing the horse ride is a baby step above a carousel ride. While this speaks volumes for the good natured horses, I was not too happy to pay that much money and not be able to ride at all. We went slower than a walk and were constantly stopping. The sand is deep on the trail and the horses are lined up with their nose right behind the other trudging through the trail. No riding is allowed- you just get to sit on the horse. I wasn’t allowed to even turn my horse around for the photos - it’s basically the same if we were all on lead ropes. It would be a good ride for someone who is overcoming a bad experience with horses. The views are spectacular but apparently it’s not allowed to ride on the actual beach so you will be on a trail next to the beach. Your horse is selected by your height- not your experience because they will be all relatively quiet.

So sorry you thought the ride was too novice. I will forward this to a supervisor immediately. Did you tell your agent, Trish, you were an expert rider? There is an advanced version but it costs more and it's basically a trot to maybe a canter on occasion. There are so few spots on Oahu where you can actually ride hard and free on a beach or across the meadows. I'd recommend you go to Kauai for that, and basically, if you have never been to the ranches here or you can show them you're an advanced ride (they have no way to know your level of expertise and many people say they're an expert but when the horse starts to go, all of a sudden their level of expertise - is not so expert and they're not able to stay on) so they don't really allow galloping due to insurance coverage for that sort of extreme riding. At one of the ranches on North Shore of Kauai there is a ride to a waterfall and some of the horses there like to go-go-go! But be sure to tell your agent what you level of expertise is and what you are looking for in the future. It will help them to really fit your level of expertise with the tour. We were unable to go due to the hurricane but Jerome and the team took great care of and ensured our monies were were returned. we will definitely return to the island when it has healed and its the correct time to visit.

Bill os the BEST tour guide
The 9 hour tour of the Honolulu island was absolutely amazing! Bill was our tour guide and he was the best. He gave the history of the island with a passion that was wecolming and knew his knowledge of the land, culture, etc. islands...and so much more. Highly recommend the tour if you visit Honolulu.
