Mahalo nui loa for giving the website a lovely, detailed 5 star review! We'll let the programming team know - they'll be very excited someone made the effort to send some kudos their way!! I see you have the Deluxe Twilight Volcano and Stargazing Tour planned for later this year. Nice. It's quite epic!! Please feel free to come back to Trustpilot and let us know how the tour goes. We like to keep the bar high and a detailed review allows us to do exactly that!

Mahalo nui loa for the lovely 5 stars and shout out to the Cap'n and crew of the Malolo! They're fantastic and fun! It's so great when you know you're in good hands on the sea. They are all total pros on the Malolo and Molokini / Coral Gardens (whichever one you ended up going to) are pretty awesome too!

Road to Hana Tour
Kevin was great providing our initial ride to meet up with the tour and taking us back to our hotel. Even dropping a few historical gems early on. Brandon was amazing during the tour. Drove really smooth so we did not feel motion sick at all. My wife and I really appreciate the knowledge and history shared along the way.

We really appreciate you taking the time to write a review - you've barely made it home yet! LOL! But we love it because it helps us keep the bar high!

Having all the stress of not worrying about transportation between airports, hotels, and excursions was perfect for us. All the excursions that were set up were also perfect and gave us the right amount of downtime to sit and soak up the ocean.

They were very helpful when a Luau was canceled for weather. They found us another enjoyable venue.
The only thing was the hotel they booked us had hidden resort fees I wasn't expecting ( 50+ dollars a day) and did not offer continental breakfasts.
Otherwise, the vacation was extremely satisfying.

Booked the full day Pearl Harbour tour and talk about quality service! We were picked up on time by an experienced guide who made the day by effortless, linking our various tours together and adding her extensive knowledge in an enjoyable, informative and when appropriate funny manner. Would definitely use this company again. It was a good balance considering some of the solemn venues being visited.

It was a ride not a tour.
While the driver was pleasant and a good driver, he spoke softly and was hard to hear. More importantly he dropped us off at the Pearl Harbor site - we thought our tickets were paid for by the price of this tour, which they were not. We also thought he was taking us around the memorial and museum, which he did not. So basically we paid $150 for a ride there and back. It was not a tour it was a ride.

Aloha Andrew,
Mahalo for reaching out. Your tour should have been paid for and I am forwarding this review to a supervisor immediately. Our guides are not allowed to give tours on the base, that's all under the National Park. But, I will make sure the driver is notified that his mic was not loud enough as well. We will be in touch! Mahalo nui loa for letting us know you had issues. We like to keep the bar high and want everyone to have their best day in Hawai'i with us! We don't know there is an issue unless we're notified, so again... mahalo and we will be in touch!
Pickup was confusing
Pickup was confusing as multiple buses came one at a time to pickup designated passengers. The tour to Pearl Harbor was perfect. Our disappointment was not seeing Punch Bowl National Cemetery. When we asked about it, our driver just said he wasn’t doing that today. Otherwise fine tour.
