Aloha Romeo!
Mahalo for the 5 stars... we will let the team know that you loved how easy it was to book and how clear the instructions were! We know you're going to LOVE Pearl Harbor. It's... epic. No other word fully describes it's enormity and the depth of feelings it brings. It's a really special place. Certainly the Arizona Memorial and the Visitor's Center, will make your hair stand on end and your heart break a bit. We lost so many soldiers and civilians during the attack.
It seems like you may be a history lover. Are you sure you don't want to see the battleships or the hangar or the museum? The tour you booked is just the Visitor's Center and the Arizona Memorial... there is A LOT more at Pearl Harbor, and frankly, it's ALL worth it! Of course the Honolulu tour is a fun, drive-by sampler of the city, which is really nice if you just want to have a look-see before you decide to explore it more in-depth later on.
If you're thinking to upgrade your tour to do the whole day tour, you won't be disappointed. It's really good. It's a bit of a long day, but oh-so-worth-it! Either way, you're gonna love Pearl Harbor and Honolulu! It's high drama history and a modern day city rolled into one tour.
We wish you all the most exciting moments while on tour with us. Please come back and tell us how you liked it and we'll pass along the kudos to the programming team! A hui hou!

Mahalo nui loa for the lovely 5 stars and we are over the moon that you're having an amazing time island hopping between Oahu, Big Island and Maui! WOW! I see you are doing it ALL - or at least attempting to do it all! There is quite a lot to see, eat and do on each island, so kudos to you for trying to get a good feel for each island! And, a big mahalo for taking the time in the middle of your vacation to let us know you're having an amazing time. Unforgettable Hawaii trip
As a first-time visitor to Hawaii and a solo traveler, my experience with HawaiiTours was absolutely wonderful. Island hopping and seeing so much of Hawaii could have been overwhelming, but Jenn and the concierge team made the entire trip feel effortless from start to finish.
Jenn was amazing! From our very first conversation, she took the time to understand what I wanted from my trip and carefully helped plan my itinerary. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and attentive to every detail. I always felt like I had someone looking out for me throughout the entire process.
The daily concierge service was truly exceptional and made such a difference. Every day, I received reminders about excursion times, pick-ups, what to wear, and all the important details I needed to know. I knew who my driver was going to be, where I needed to be, and when I needed to be there. Having that level of communication gave me tremendous peace of mind as a solo traveler.
The concierge was also incredibly responsive—often replying within 10 minutes or less whenever I had a question or needed assistance. When the weather changed and excursions needed to be adjusted, the concierge team quickly worked around the conditions to keep everything safe while still making sure I had an amazing experience.
The guides were knowledgeable and attentive, the resorts were beautiful, and everyone I encountered was friendly and welcoming.
For my first trip to Hawaii, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jenn and the concierge support were a huge part of what made this trip so enjoyable and stress-free. I would absolutely book with HawaiiTours again, especially now that I know which islands and experiences I’d love to spend more time enjoying.
Thank you, Jenn and the entire concierge team, for making my Hawaiian vacation so memorable!

Mahalo nui loa for the lovely 5 stars and kudos to Terry! He's one of our top agents! Yes, sometimes the weather challenges your vacation plans, but rest assured, we're on it. Guests don't realize that most of the time only one side of an island is affected by terrible weather. Many times we can simply book you on the other side and it's quite pleasant, even if it's a hurricane! That's because our volcanoes are so tall that they break up most of the big weather systems before they do much damage.
We appreciate you taking the time to write a review as it helps us know what we're doing right and what we need to change. It really helps us keep the bar high.
Our aim is to make sure you have such a great experience that when it comes time to make plans for your next vacation, you can't get Hawai'i or HawaiiTours.com off your mind! And, we're on all 4 main islands, so you know we take your vacation seriously. When you're ready... if you can dream it, Terry can make it happen! We prioritize hiring the best local, expert guides, staff and agents here at HawaiiTours.com. Yes, we run tours, but we also try to work with only the best companies throughout the islands because we feel that we can't do it all so we should sell it all... all the best tours, activities and more that Hawai'i has to offer to our guests in one convenient, easy to use site. Our aim is to make Hawai'i your "go-to" vacation destination and HawaiiTours.com your "go-to" site for booking it all!

Lost an hour since we had to pick up…
Lost an hour since we had to pick up other people at their hotels. All individuals on this tour complained, her response was go ahead and complain with her she can take it! Because of this our group had about an hour to explore Pearl Harbor and it took us 15 to get to the memorial, 15 minutes to checkout the site, 15 minutes to get back by vessel. There went 45 minutes, we tried to walk around to see things, but time permitting wasn’t enough. She then offered a small tour of the city, but she didn’t do her homework, quite a lot of the city was loses down due to the ceremony of life for the government, I even know that she might have an issue watching the news, she had no idea!
