Our sincere apologies, Josephine, that you are dissatisfied with our service. If you would please see below the email sent out to your chosen email address on the 5th September, detailing the unfortunate rare instance of us being unable to carry out your order:
"Afternoon Josephine,
I am so so sorry but we are in fact unable to deliver your headboard. We did try our best to see if a few strings could be pulled but were unable to in this instance.
My apologies, your refund has been actioned and should be with you over coming days."
You will also see your refund was actioned around the above date also. Again, apologies that Belfast was amongst the areas that our suppliers were unable to deliver to. For any further issues, please feel free to get in touch. Also perhaps check your junk/spam mail incase you have missed our response. Many thanks X

Great local furniture and giftware business
Would highly recommend this business. The owner is knowledgeable and happy to source items should you have a specific piece of furniture in mind which does not appear on their website. Products are high quality and robust adding a touch of class to any room.

No Complaints
All dealings were pleasant, staff very helpful. The delivery unexpectedly came in two separate ones but didn't matter as second parcel left at property so I didn't need to be there.
