Avoid! Ordered lights, paid almost £200 4 weeks ago and nothing delivered. Keep on emailing them asking for a refund as they admitted they are out of stock and they keep just replying thinking me for my patience! Still selling online despite knowing they can't fulfill orders

Bought 2 lights which came with out the remote so I can not really use them only on one function! I have emailed 5 times and not even had a response from my email. Terrible after care!!!

Ordered on the 30th July and no delivery in sight, I got one response to say they will check it and nothing since.
Finally a new order was sent and received this today 26th Aug, obviously not used them yet but they work and good quality with a working remote

I only received one sconce when I was told I would get two, prior to purchase. I gave it away because the company refused to honor their word. I would not purchase again or recommend.

This is a scam website. I bought an expensive light and tried to return it. They failed to respond for weeks despite repeated emails. When they did respond it was without a return address which they only provided deliberately after the 30 day return window. The address was a storage facility that wouldn't accept parcels. Been trying to sort this out for months. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Our original order of two 'Cosmos' ceiling pendants was missing vital parts. After many months of emails back and forth to the USA, I was finally contacted directly by Josephine in the UK, who did not hesitate to go above and beyond to ensure we got the missing parts. She is a wonderful ambassador for the company.

Lights are lovely and as described , unfortunately one developed a problem but was immediately replaced and the customer service I received from Josephine and Kendra was first class

Although there were some negative reviews, I liked the style of light and thought it was good value, so I went ahead and ordered. It arrived promptly and I am delighted with it, I will be purchasing more lights from this company

Misleading website claims to be Uk company. Infact items are being shipped from China by slow boat. 2 + weeks to get a fedex tracking so not hopeful of seeing them and questionable quality especially given the price as thought I was buying Uk 🇬🇧 now in dispute AVOID

I have waited for a month for the order and was given some flimsy excuse as to why it was delayed. My last communications have gone unanswered and the case is now in dispute with my credit card company

Avoid at all cost!!!!!!!! You will not end up with your product order or your money!!!! I’ve had to chase my bank for them to open a case against this company as it seems to be doing this to a lot of unaware consumers and hiding behind what seems to be professional Instagram account and website but turns out to be a scam.

Ordered an 8 head chandelier, the fixture is quite flimsy and light weight, screw heads for the bulb covers are very LOW QUALITY, need constant adjustment and are very hard to screw in or out.

Additionally, since installation about a year ago, I had to replace burnt bulbs about 9 times. The G9 bulbs keep burning out and need constant changing, probably due to the low quality of internal wiring and the fixture in general.

As a result the fixture is constantly with 1-2 burnt bulbs and looks absolutely ridiculous.

I have tried to contact the supplier for a solution, took 3 weeks to get a response, which was just a brush off, saying the electrical supply was to blame for these malfunctions… which by the way does not affect any of the other fixtures in the house.

This was not a cheap buy, given all the factors, I’d gave this product and service 1 star, if zero was applicable it would be more appropriate.

My recommendation:
AVOID AT ALL COST !!!

Have reached out multiple times and I’ve only had one reply to say that the item was oversold due to an inventory issue. I’ve so far waited 20 days for the order to arrive, their website quotes 3 to 12 days and now they’ve stopped replying at all. I have sent four emails that have been completely unanswered over the last 7 days , asking where my order is the last time I heard of them. They said that due to there being a sale the items are over sold, yet when you go on their website they’re still available to purchase and not been taken off-line so I feel like I’ve just been lied to,Certainly ruined my experience shopping from this brand and had had family members Reach out to me and ask me if I would recommend them as they liked the lights that I ordered they’ve since not placed an order due to my experience with this company.

Extremely helpful when I needed to exchange a set of lights. Couldn’t recommend enough. Lights are also beautiful.

Matrix floor lamp: warning, if you are buying from the uk it is not fit for purpose. It doesn’t come with a uk plug or even uk adaptor so you’ll need to buy one. However, using an adaptor makes it stick out quite significantly from the wall. None of this is mentioned in the sales description. In fact the description claims ‘installs instantly - just plug into the wall’. Not true if you live in the uk! Customer service is a protracted back and forth email, with them offering increasing discounts to keep the product. But I don’t want the product and I they will not pay for or supply a returns label despite not being fit for purpose. Be warned.
