I received my order in a timely manner and my order was exactly what I ordered. I would 100% recommend Pawsey for my pet needs. Thank you Pawsey for doing a great job with making sure my pet needs are met.

I haven't noticed anything yet, but we are still on the first bottle for our dog... it's just been over a week.
I'm sure once she has been on it for a bit longer I'm sure we will see something.

I have knocked a star off due to the fact I ordered a bottle of the product only to find I had been enrolled to receive a bottle every month. This was not clear on ordering. I had to email them to resolve the problem. I was contacted very quickly and the matter was resolved after two more emails. I would be happy to order again when I see if the product works, but not on a subscription

I was concerned that I would be automatically enrolled in a subscription even though I only ordered one bottle to see if my dog will take it. I reached out to customer service and they got right back to me reassuring me that I do not have a subscription. If my dog takes it and I see results, I will consider getting the subscription.

The help I have received from your team is excellent I go on sites when I,am checking up on products and because of my complaint I press the wrong button so thanks again for your help.

Product was not effective. I ordered a 90 day supply of the parasite drops. I was hopeful that this would help my pup’s skin allergies so he could stop cytopoint shots. To my surprise - within one month another shipment was sent as it was a subscription. I stopped the subscription as I had plenty, I put two of my other dogs on the drops to see if any improvement with anything for the other 2. In 90 days, no improvement with anything of the dogs and they only reimbursed one of the shipments although I did complain of no improvement before thirty days as well as asking for refund before the 90 day warranty.

Customer service was pleasant to work with although they tried to negotiate refunding me less than 100% - this occurred four times before they refunded the 100% of one of the shipments only.

Prompt response in getting the issue resolved.

Great customer services but I have a problem with the subscription. It’s completely sorted now and very speedy thank you very much.

Havnt used the product yet had a little problem with my order but the company were Fantastic and understanding sorting it out for me

I've been through hundreds of dollars over the last year trying product after product with ZERO results. Finally I see pawsy and what do I have to loose. My dogs have been on pawsy 10 days, day 7 I saw parasites in their poopie and haven't seem them eating grass anymore. Finally a product that actually works. THANK YOU PAWSY. The botanical pendants were an amazing idea. I live in the country and the few weeks that my dogs had the pendants attached to their collars they were flea and tick free. Unfortunately the pendant needed a better design to keep the oil packets from falling out. Please work on the design and don’t give up on this product. In the meantime, thank you for the refund.

I have not seen any changes in my dog after taking the item. I will continue, but hopefully there will be a change.

I just don’t have the money right now to invest with the product I did save it for later though thank you

Significant improvements! 3 months in, no scooting, only scratches at collar, but still biting legs, less smell, occasional paw licking and more dry cushion days than wet (from licking!). I tried to drop her second supplement (started before this), but symptoms increased; this has not been able to replace that one, but it was not nearly as effective as yours. Well worth the investment!

This company appears to be fraudulent. I have multiple tickets and multiple phone messages regarding an order that was sent to a wrong address a month ago. It was never corrected and now I get an email about another shipment billed and sent to the same wrong address. None of my tickets have been answered. I never was informed I was automatically signed up for a subscription. I never requested monthly shipments. How can a subscription be activated if no orders have ever been delivered???!

The pawsy labs works great.
She stopped licking paws. Scooting. Etc.
Her tummy settled down great no more rumbling squiking noises. And going off her food for days. She is more lively.
Eyes look brighter. And genuinely happy in herself. Some nasty things came out of her. Thankyou from me and pop's
