Store not filling their side of the promotion
Bought a tumble dryer as part of the September gift card promotion and have yet to receive my gift card, I have followed up with customer support requesting this twice and they say they have requested this from the store but I have not received anything.
Otherwise collection and product was fine.

The worst customer service on the…
The worst customer service on the planet went out to collect a toaster kettle and microwave matching colour set they said they had toaster and kettle ready for collection at the microwave would be a few days later we were then phoned to collect it when we got there they said we would have to take a different colour which defeats the purpose then we were told the next day our one was there my pregnant partner went out only to be told it was available only in different colour again and now another week later they said it’s not available after bringing us out there twice. Absolutely useless there’s plenty other shops with the same price items and better service

Yesterday we went to Harvey Norman’s to print out some photos. Not being too familiar with the technology we were fortunate enough to meet with Jelena who more than went out of her way to assist us. Abu was incredible in the Kinsale Road store. I ordered something click and collect but hadn’t received any notification that it was ready. He looked into it straight away, called me back, and made sure I got the email straight away. Upon arriving I asked for Abu and he was really helpful, advising me on antivirus protection and suitable wireless mouse devices. Very satisfied customer! Thanks Abu
