Great service and delivery
It was great to know exactly when they would arrive without having to wait around . They arrived and delivered the items with care and we're very polite and courteous.

Wendy was a total delight!
I don't often write reviews, but the customer service recevied by Wendy in the Holywood Exchange branch of Harvey Norman on Sunday merited one. I was looking for a new matress and she went above and beyond. She was informative, friendly and made me feel valued as a customer. If only every in store experience was like this!

Excellent service from purchasing my suite with the help from John the salesman. They delivered my suite at the estimated time, delivery men where friendly and polite and very professional,cleaned up and took all packaging with them

Fabulous customer service
I phoned the store before I travelled to ensure that that had the phone I wanted in stock. There was only 1 in stock and the young gentleman reserved it for me. When I arrived at the store I changed my mind and picked another phone. The young gentleman was excellent.
