On Time, Efficient and Professional
Very friendly professional staff who immediatley put me at ease as it was clear they had the knowledge to be able assist with my purchase and recommmend appliance to suit my needs. Delivery was on time and again i was very confident they would carry out instalation correctly and they seemed to be very knowldgeable. Delivery was on time and kept up to date throughout. Apologie to Harvey Norman!
I previously posted a ‘not too great review’ after purchasing a Dyson cordless vacuum because I saw it elsewhere substantially cheaper. Turns out I (unintentionally) wasn’t comparing like for like, which obviously isn’t fair. They were very nice to deal with so couldn’t leave things the way they were.

Excellent caring service
I spoke to three different members of staff at 2 Harvey Norman branches and they could not have been more polite and helpful in trying to sort my problem.
In particular the Holywood computer and communication floor manager went above and beyond what might be expected.
I have never experienced such an obvious wish to solve a problem to my satisfaction.
I couldn't praise this store and its staff more highly.
