Today we went back to Harvey Norman’s at Holywood exchange we needed a new oven and we ended up leaving with a new oven, a sage barista express impress coffee maker and a shark flex style 5in 1
£1,363.94 later. 😁 our sales assistant was Patricia Martin invoice no. 498025 and the reason we bought more than we anticipated was Patricia, she knew everything about the coffee machine and all the difference’s between each one, also the oven which we did need again with her knowledge we chose the right one and just because it was my birthday and I was chatting to her about hair stylers and I didn’t want to pay too much
I ended up with the whole “whistling Dixie” 5 in 1 shark flex style at £269.00 😆 she is a wonderful sales assistant communicates and has great product knowledge as well as charm and personality. Xxx

The delivery of our furniture from Harvey Norman was absolutely flawless and the tracking information kept us informed of the exact time the furniture was going to arrive. The delivery staff were very polite and helpful and positioned the furniture exactly where we required it. First class service.

Delivery of king size mattress
2 guys brought mattress into room and took wrapper off and even raised the headboard to suit new mattress.

Great product & fab service from Davy
A fab store and great product, but for us dealing with Davy made this a stand out buying experience. Down to earth, not too pushy but yet seemed to appear everytime we had a question! He did us a great deal and made everything so straightforward. After we ordered he kept in regular contact with updates, and even fixed an issue (my fault) at the very last minute when he really didn’t have to. Perfect example of someone going above and beyond, and a credit to Harvey Norman ⭐️ Thanks Davy!

Great service from Davy
My mother and I visited the Holywood Exchange store to purchase a sofa we had looked at on a previous occasion. We were assisted by Davy who handled our purchase professionally and with good humour. Unfortunately, I do not recall the name of the staff member who helped us when we first looked at the sofa, but we are always pleased with the service we receive when we visit and would not hesitate to recommend this branch.
