Great customer service from Mihail, great product knowledge and very pleasant thanks

The sales assistant Jolita was very polite, friendly and extremely helpful in directing us round the store and showing us the appropriate items. She also found a bargain!

Was looking for a new printer. Was served by Taz who was polite and helpful. I elected to pay for the company tech service, Jake, to carry out the initial setup of the printer where it was found to be faulty. Not a problem, just get another and carry out the initial setup and then do an exchange at the cashout. While finding a faulty unit was annoying both members of staff could not have been more helpful

Louise helped us to select a new kettle and toaster, and price matched both items to offers we found online. Very pleasant and friendly service.

This was my second visit to the store & once again found everyone there to be friendly & very helpful to me & my autistic daughter in choosing & ordering a microwave really appreciated all of their assistance

The sales assistant, Gray that helped me was great, very informative and helpful. She was bubbly and not over bearing and went above and beyond beyond to try and find the item in the stock room, unfortunately the information on screen was incorrect.

Superb customer service support from Hamza who advised and sold the product. Then followed up with tech support from Jake. Their patience and knowledge was superb and professionalism was excellent. They both went above and beyond to ensure our product was set up and working correctly. Would not hesitate to recommend - the store is first class full of state of the art product. Highly recommend.

The staff were all friendly and helpful and freely gave advice about the best product for our needs without being overly pushy. We were kept up to date with the status of our order. The tech team were very patient as they set up and explained to us how to use our new technology.

We were looking for a particular brand of mobile phone and the manufacturer advised Harvey Norman were stockists. Before making the 40 min car journey I rang and got through to Thomas who confirmed they were in stock and there was one on display we could look at in detail. On arrival another assistant took us to the phone and then Thomas came out to help. We were able to have a good look at the phone and decided to purchase. He advised that we could have it set up in store ( we declined) and we were delighted with the service from Thomas. The lady who took our payment checked where we had parked and gave us a code for free parking. Our first visit to Harvey Norman and we were very impressed.

We were greeted by Louis today in the Sutton Coldfield .... what wonderful young man, professional, polite and very helpful. Couldn't do enough to help with our purcahse. A credit to the store and made our visit a delight cant praise him high enough. 5 star review for a 5 star service

I had a fantastic experience with Maya at Harvey Norman Gracechurch (Sutton Coldfield).

I went in for a coffee machine for my husband (very last minute) for our anniversary the following morning. There were none in stock in store, but on telling Maya why I was hoping for it the next day, she told me she would see what she could do.

She came back and said they would get the product sent from another store and one of the staff would deliver it themselves the next day!

The next day, Maya herself delivered the coffee machine for my husband. Fantastic customer service, could not ask for any more and could not recommend highly enough.

Customer Service and product knowledge from Maya and Stevie B was superb. All of our questions were answered in depth and both took time to establish our priorities. Everything was price matched and we purchased more appliances than we had originally intended. The interest free credit application was challenging, but Maya helped us solve the issues in a professional and confident manner. We will defiantly use Harvey Norman again for any future electrical goods we need.

I visited the store looking for some cushions and enquire about the sofa choices available. Simon was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. He was polite and patient detailing the different options of sofas available. I will definitely be back to the store to enquire further with Simon in the near future.

We were attended to by Conor who was super helpful in helping me choose a double bed. He had excellent knowledge of the product. He helped in me purchasing a beautiful mattress. Just a super helpful and friendly guy who made us feel at ease and not pressurised.

What a very pleasant shopping experience today at Harvey Norman in Sutton Coldfield. Jolita was extremely helpful and polite in assisting us with choosing a vacuum cleaner that was light and easy to manoeuvre. Very pleased with the help which we received today.
