Harvey Norman have a great range of integrated dishwashers. Stephen was very helpful and had a great understanding of the features of all dishwashers on display. Great deivery, recyle of old appliance and fitting service! Looking forward to our delivery. 😀

Aaron the store manager was amazing!! Came back the following week to purchase a tilt and lift chair for my grandad and his help couldn’t have been better. Gave us information along every step and kept nothing hidden from us.
Top tier customer service, will definitely be back for future purchases.

This week in Harvey norman i purchased a Hisense microwave and the service from Hayley was excellent.I called in today and bought a sage blue kettle with a matching toaster,Once again Louise and Hayley served me .Great service from both ladies well done .

Pre ordered the IPhone 18 pro max on Sunday at the Sutton Coldfield branch was unable to get credit with apple or curry’s however with Ellie #10687 was able to sort out the pre order swiftly happy with the service provided

AMAZING! Had my phone stolen that day so they did everything possible to help me out. They even gave me a great price and helped me to set up the phone.

Maya in the tv department was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. The shop is a breath of fresh air in Sutton Coldfield. The order was placed for a 65 inch TV which was delivered on time by 2 very helpful guys. Thanks

Lovely experience from start to finish. My husband and I were assisted by Stephen when buying a dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us to work out what was right for us. He made the process very straightforward and clear and it was lovely to chat with him whilst putting the order through. I would definitely recommend the store to others from the good customer service we got, thank you

Wow where to start, firstly the positive lady on bedrooms was amazing really nice really helpful I could not praise her enough I wish I could remember her name blonde lady. After that it was a mess.

First I get a phone call from sofa department to arrange my delivery really unprofessional call asking for payment on sofa or wouldn’t be delivered. I informed the lady we had already paid so I made my way to store turns out the man on sofa department that took the sale off the bedroom lady because it’s a different a department didn’t attach the payment to the transaction however I’m sure he got paid the commission for doing nothing wasn’t happy but a mistake ow well let it go .

The following day I got a call from the appliance department the new dishwasher I bought is not new it’s ex display they said I wasn’t happy but ok Aslong as warranty was the same no issue it was so I said ok.

Then the day after I got another call same department the ex display dishwasher they was now sending me is damaged and they just wanted to inform me before sending it I really wasn’t happy I said no and was informed they have no alternative like it or lump it basically I asked for the manager to call me back.

30 mins or so later Steve (the manager) called me back and Miracles do happen dispute being told there are no new dishwasher for that model he got me one and sent it out to me ( strange that )

On the whole it’s a really shame because the product is good but the service in that store other than the one lady is terrible.

I have since gone to another company and bought everything else I was going to buy from them because I simply can’t trust them.

Had a great experience at the Sutton Coldfield store today. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Made several purchases and they even price matched on two items.
The staff in kitchen electrical need a shout out for their help and assistance.

Conor at Harvey Normans Sutton Coldfield branch was super helpful and informative. He helped us over the weekend make our choice when buying our bed. He gave us great advice and was really friendly. Would definitely go back in the future.

We were about to buy new washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. Normally this would have been an internet purchase, but with the huge choices/ price span available, thought we'd take asvantage of the new Sutton Coldfield HN store so we could touch and open doors on the products!
Steve was our salesguy and wasvery knowledgable on the various manufacturers, checked stock (we needed the washer quickly). We had a couple of chouces and went away to think it through over a coffee and check internet prices.
We decided that buying from a local store was worth the slightly higher price than internet sourced, placed the order Saturday afternoom, took deluvery Monday morning, with all old equipment removed, new equipment installed, tested and all waste removed.
The install crew were first class and eveeything was done in an hour.
Long review I know but key take aeays- there's nothing like seeing what you're buying- technical help/ advice is very worthwhile/ paying a bit more for great service is worth it.

Tanyum and Dillon were so helpful when my wife decided to update her iPhone and iPad. Good price and excellent service- I would recommend.
Tracey was particularly helpful when we decided to replace our bed and mattress. Knowledgeable and friendly service- I would recommend.

We have all done it before...A trip to Harvey Norman to look for new suitcases, and I purchased a new Vacuum Cleaner!
The store is relatively new to Sutton Coldfield, but I recommend you all visit. Spacious, clean and welcoming. Top marks to Louise Terrett who was on electricals, and gave me the sad news that they do not sell suitcases! However, she was stood next to a well known vacuum that I had been researching for months, and as a "Display Model" was duly reduced. After a demonstration and after many questions, I paid for they vacuum. Louise was a breath of fresh air. Helpful, professional, honest, and had a sense of humour, even helping to pack the vacuum and transport it to my car. Nothing was too much trouble. She is a credit to Harvey Norman and I absolutely recommend a trip to the store, and seek out Louise. She is what Customer Service is all about! Priceless.
