I went in this store for the first time with a friend. We just wanted a look around and i was also moving house so wanted some ideas for ovens ect. Me and my friend also looked at other things the store had to offer as it was our first time visiting. I thought the shop was great and was planning on coming back to purchase some things. However a member of staff approached us and told us to get out because we hadnt purchased anything yet after been in store for 10 mins. I thought he was joking at first but to my horror he was not. I asked him why and he said we have been here to long (10 mins) and “you pay nothing”. I didnt know looking around a shop now had a time limit. Im 21 not sure if he thought i was a young teen who wasnt going to buy anything but even so ageism is not ok. It was very belittling and im sure he wouldn't of done this to someone he saw as middle aged. I was planning on buying multiple things from here for my new flat. I will not be now disgusting behaviour.

Great service. Helpful, took time to discuss options and didn’t feel rushed. Taz was very helpful and talked to us about accidental damage.

The new store in Sutton Coldfield is brilliant. Every brand you can think of is there.

Shout out to Stephen who went out of his way to make sure we got our unboxed ex display model ( heavily discounted) safely back to our car.

We were helped by Tom who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Bought a full set of Apple iPad products. No pressure which was great as you really need to think what you want. Tom definitely knew his stuff and was a great help. Nice store well lite and the layout was good. We were upstairs for the electronics, downstairs there was lovely furniture. A lovey spacious store

We went into Harvey Norman in Sutton Coldfield just to have a look at laptops.
You’re not jumped on by sales staff, which is nice. We spoke to Tom and he was so very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and helped us choose a laptop which was perfect for us, was also a very good price.

I bought a pizza 🍕 oven from Louise and she was really good at her job and gave me a piece of pizza to taste from the electric stone oven. I love my pizza 🍕 oven and it makes the pizza taste so much better like stone baked. Thanks all.

Sutton Coldfield store
I want to once again commend Tracey from the bed department who has gone way over what she needed to do to assist me with my recent purchase. She has given up personal time to adjust my bed and been twice to sort it. The second time she also brought Connor, who ably assisted her with the lifting etc. I am so very impressed by the service I have recived from this store. Annette B

We bought a expensive mattress from HN. A problem with it after two weeks. Manufacturers problem not HN. Tracey the sales lady has been excellent, so helpful. Sorted it all out quickly and professionally. Very disappointed with manufacturers response as no help but HN willingly put it right with no extra cost, in fact replacement mattress was more expensive. Brilliant customer service which is so rare to find today. Well done to the HN, Manager, Tracy and all the team at Sutton Coldfield.

I visited the Harvey Norman, Gracechurch, Sutton Coldfield to purchase an iPad and iPhone. I had no clue where to start. I am very grateful to the pleasant sales Assistant, Regen, who was very professional and patient with the service she offered; answering all my 20 questions with excellent knowledge on a range of products and did not try to over sell any products I looked at; but rather listened to my needs and recommending the exact products that would meet my needs. I left the store with a suitable iPad and iPhone. One very happy customer.

Later the same day I collected my items after the Tech Department did a great job setting up my new products.

Thank you to Ellie, another sales assisted who helped selects a few other products to add to my newly purchased iPad and iPhone.

All over, the store has and pleasant, professional, staff across the store. I’ll be shopping there again.

Today we purchased our lounge sofas and the service we received from Dee was exceptional. He spent time going through everything with us yesterday and we went home to check sizes etc.
I called with a couple of questions which he politely answered for me and today we went back to make our purchase.
Dee is very knowledgable, helpful, clear and we felt in good hands.

When your laptop decides to give up on the hottest day of the year, it’s safe to say you’re already in a mood… 😅

Thankfully, Ellie and Hamza completely turned my day around.

I went in expecting a stressful, expensive decision and instead ended up having a genuinely lovely experience. They took the time to talk me through all my options, showed me every colour (because apparently that’s an important life decision now 😂), answered my million questions, and never once made me feel rushed or like they were just trying to sell me the most expensive thing.

They were also just really lovely people. It felt more like getting advice from friends than being served by sales staff. They had loads of patience, a great sense of humour, and nothing was ever too much effort.

I actually travelled over from Surrey, and this was my first Harvey Norman experience. Safe to say they’ve set the bar ridiculously high.

Ellie and Hamza are an absolute credit to your team and made replacing my dead MacBook a surprisingly enjoyable experience.

Thanks again, you two, you made a rubbish day a whole lot better!

Had a great experience at HN Sutton Coldfield. Went in to browse and walked out with a coffee machine and straighteners as they were both offered at very competitive prices. Michelle was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have assist us. In fact, all of the staff we had encountered that day were very polite and informative. Great service and will definitely be returning, :)

Excellent customer service!
I bought a wet mop from Harvey Norman online which arrived swiftly but the motor shaft broke after 2 months. I directly contacted the mop brand for help but they were extremely unhelpful so I popped into Harvey Norman in Sutton Coldfield who agreed straight away to exchange it for a new one or choose another brand. I chose a Shark wet mop as I know their customer service is brilliant should I need them. Thank you again to Robert (Assistant Manager at Sutton Coldfield) and Michelle who were both extremely pleasant and helpful.
