Not what pictured and buckle was off

Took some time for delivery.
The buckle was off one of the shoes when I opened the package. The shoes were not what I'd expected based upon photos. The material is loose and flimsy. The bottoms do have grips for a walking shoe, but definitely not a luxury tennis shoe. They weren't cheap and not too expensive. Just not what I thought I was buying.

The shoes are very comfortable and…

The shoes are very comfortable and light weight. The only issue I have is that the buckle is brassy gold and I was expecting silver like it appears in the ad. The brassy gold gives it a 'cheap" look in my opinion.

Fraudulent company

This company is based in China. The about us image suggests a US based company. There is no physical store, NO US address or telephone number. If you look at their return policy, it tells you to NOT return to the address on the shipping label. The address that shows is usually a US RESIDENTIAL address, not commercial. Returns are almost impossible, they will continue to try to manipulate you, offer discounts. You need to contact your credit card company, explain the situation. They will request a response from the company which will not be sent. You will eventually receive a credit back to your account. NEVER use a debit card for this type purchase since you will have lost your protections.

They are so lovely

They are so lovely. I have bunions and a serious hammertoe on one foot and always have to wear a toe spacer which is not conducive to wearing sandals or flip flops. I would only prefer the sole to be a little more substantial. They do however keep the hammertoe in check.
