I have a rather complicated hearing problem and HSH have been excellent in helping me find the most suitable hearing aids over several months. Cannot recommend them enough!

This is my second time, and I can't praise them too highly. Barathy and Matthew the first time, still in the previous premises, and Simone today. I was convinced that I'd ruptured my ear drum, or if I hadn't, that it would then be damaged by investigation. But with infinite patience and care everything was dealt with and I find that I can now hear again and my ear drum is ok too!
I don't yet need hearing aids but I'm sure it's coming in due course - I was tested last time - and when I'm at that stage I'll certainly be coming here.
I'm so glad that my son persuaded me to come here, that first time several years ago.

They have always been prepared to push the limits of what can be achieved for my hearing, often meaning successive repeat visits to make tweaks, and monitor outcomes for the individual patient needs. Cannot reccomend highly enough, and in my experience, consistently high standards across all their audiologists, and in every branch I have visited.
