I had been struggling with migraines, neck pain and upper back pain for quite some time and after searching online I came across Dr Zara’s clinic. From the very first phone call I made, I knew I had found the right place. Mumtaz, who booked my appointment, was incredibly polite, warm and professional. First impressions matter, and when the first person you speak to is so kind and reassuring, it immediately puts you at ease.
From the moment I walked into the clinic, the atmosphere was so welcoming. They were friendly, caring and genuinely attentive. It didn’t feel like a typical clinic environment, it felt more like being looked after by people who truly care about your wellbeing. There was such a lovely, family-like atmosphere which made every visit comfortable and stress free.
I had around seven sessions with Dr Zara and I can honestly say I started feeling a difference from the very first treatment. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about helping her patients. She truly has magic in her hands. My migraines reduced significantly and the tension in my neck and upper back improved more than I ever expected.
Dr Zara also advised me on a few supplements to support my recovery and overall health, and I can genuinely say they have made a noticeable difference. I feel healthier, more balanced and far less restricted by the pain I was dealing with before.
Both Dr Zara and Mumtaz made me feel incredibly welcome and cared for during my visits, which is something you don’t come across very often these days. Their kindness, professionalism and genuine warmth really stood out and made every appointment a pleasant experience.

I have had back issues for years & recently had a particularly bad episode resulting in an ambulance trip to hospital. I was sent home with a prescription of diazepam which did not help in the slightest. My husband booked a session with Dr Zarah & I didn’t look back. I felt instant relief after the first session, with more relief from each session following that.

The whole atmosphere from when you walk in puts you at ease, from the lovely Mumtaz on reception to Dr Zarah herself. I will honestly say that it is not just the actual treatment that helps to heal, but how you are welcomed & feel looked after as soon as you step in.

I was seen by Dr Zara regarding my Frozen Shoulder which the Physio gave me up to two years to recover but I was completely healed after six sessions within six weeks. This was after suffering with the pain for almost a year. Their customer service is second to none.
