The declared delivery time was approximately 14 days, which I accepted. After this time, I received information that the shipment had arrived at a depot in the Czech Republic, but had not been forwarded from there.

The e-shop then wrote to me that it was necessary to provide additional information, even though the delivery address was correct and complete. The link through which the information was to be added was not working. No one responded to my repeated emails, and no solution was offered to me.

The shipment remained stationary, and I had to track down and resolve the entire situation myself, including finding out where the package was and who was supposed to deliver it.

If a problem arises during shipping, I expect at least basic communication and an active effort to resolve it. That did not happen here.

I do not recommend them.

Komunikace v jiném jazyce než byla objednávka na webu. Balík nedorazil, musela jsem ho urgovat u spolupracující české dodávkové služby.

Horrible delivery services

Hardloop uses Chronopost as a delivery service. A combination (for lovers of Catch-22 novel) which is deservedly ranked among the worst I have ever encountered.

When placing an order, you fill in the required information, select the shipping method, the order is accepted, everything is confirmed by email as it should be, ..., no signs of future problems

But then you receive an email from Harloop with the message "YOUR PACKAGE NEEDS YOU!" with a link to the order tracking page with the information "Le transporteur est en attente d'une information de votre part" CHRONOPOST NETWORKS – the page is in French and does not offer any other language, strange, considering that the e-shop offers several language versions, but not surprising). It is possible to click through to the carrier's shipment tracking, where you get the same information, albeit in English: "CHRONOPOST NETWORKS
Parcel held, pending information from the consignee." A small detail is missing: any clarification about what information is involved and where and how it can be provided.

Chronopost offers a chatbot, but only in French, messages via messenger, you cannot send it to them, or an app not available outside France, there is a french phone number too. What more could you want from an international online store

This leaves the option of contacting Hardloop or trying to resolve the issue through DPD, which delivers Chronopost shipments in Czechia. Several days of effort have so far resulted in only a few more lines in the shipment tracking with the information "Parcel in transit," "Parcel held," .. in transit, held, etc.

It wouldn't matter if delivery wasn't the fastest, but it's very annoying when you're bothered by requests for information that you entered in your order, which should have been verified, and by miscommunication between carriers, without any reasonable way to easily resolve the issue. You pay for the shipment in advance and then have to "fight" to even get it.

Besides the price

Besides the price, everything other was one star. Published date of delivery was very inaccurate and in the end, item was delivered over a week later with no apology or at least a try to compensate me.

Month since order, items nowhere, no proactive support

I ordered three items on Dec 26, 2025 for €400. Now it's January 24, 2026 and the order still hasn't arrived. Tracking says "in transit" since Jan 8, and since Jan 16 hasn't changed status. Nobody is replying or providing me with status updates. The exact same thing happened last year when I ordered here, so nothing has changed, the company doesn't work on improving it's services.

If you're unable to wait for 1 month+ for your order to be delivered, don't buy here.

Update: got a message that I received my package today on Jan 28.
