Thank you for your review, and I’m truly sorry for the worry and frustration this situation has caused.
I’ve alreay replied to you by email with the latest tracking information. As mentioned there, your parcel is currently in transit with Chronopost. The last update we received from the carrier was on Friday, which is completely normal for an international shipment travelling from France to Poland. This small delay does not indicate a problem — the parcel is simply still on its way.
You should receive it very soon.
If, for any reason, the carrier is ultimately unable to deliver the parcel and it gets returned to us, you will of course be fully refunded within 14 days after we receive the return at our warehouse. But at this stage, everything indicates that the delivery is still progressing normally.
I completely understand your concern, and I’m here to help until your parcel arrives safely.

I will never shop at your company…
I will never shop at your company again! Waiting over 14 days for a purchased product and only receiving it after repeated reminders is not how I imagine a reliable company to be. What's more, it was seasonal merchandise—ski gloves—that I needed for my trip to the mountains. Although the delivery was completed before my departure for the mountains, as I mentioned, I had to send repeated reminders, even in French.

Obchod proběhl úspěšně. Zboží dorazilo do ČR rychle, asi třetí den. Jediný problém byl s českým DPD, který si nevěděl rady, kam zboží doručit. Po dvou telefonátech zboží vyzvednuto.

Doprava je sice zdlouhavá a o pár dní delší než bylo avizováno, ale pokud na doručení nespěcháte, můžu jen doporučit. Objednávka dorazila v pořádku a zboží mělo odpovídající kvalitu.
