I never got a reply on my customer…
I never got a reply on my customer service feedback. Someone at Hardloop made a wrong order for delivery and my package couldn’t be delivered to me due to insufficient information. This package was a christmas gift and the box arrived in bad condition. In the end, we solved the problem with czech delivery company. Whatever, but I wish someone got back to me at least.

The worse experience! My parcel was returned back because of "Adress not found although I chose it from your lists of deliver places!!!! So my daughter hasn't obtained her Christmas present. I am very disapointed! I hope I receive my money back!

The socks, which were ordered on December 11th, did not arrive in time for Christmas. On December 16th, I received an email stating that the package was on its way but might be slightly delayed. On December 22nd, I received another email saying the package was still on its way. I have not received any updates since then.
