Vše v pořádku. Dodací lhůta do Čech je cca 2 týdny, je třeba s tím počítat.

Zásilku jsem objednala a zaplatila 2.3., měla být dodána 7.-9.3.
Dosud jsem nic neobdržela. Moje zkušenost s vaším obchodem se tím stává velice nepříjemnou.

The store sent me the wrong model of shoes. The box came crashed and with the name of a different shoe than the one I ordered, and inside it were completely different shoes! I wrote them a message, hoping they will solve the problem or at least refund my money.

So feedback is to make eshop payment ready for unexpected situations and better inform the customer.
But overall - I'm satisfied with your shop. Thanks

Terrible experience with this store. The package was first held by DPD because the Hardloop website did not have up-to-date information about pickup points. The pickup point I selected was closed, so I had to call DPD and redirect the package.
However, the shoes were too small, so I returned the package using the label that was in my Hardloop account. Then I found out that they had provided the wrong label, and the package was sent BACK to the pickup point near my home.
Of course, the communication with customer support was terrible. I had to explain the situation in several different ways. I created the order in January, and the money was returned in March
I do not recommend this store!

Byl to první nákup a pro mě neznámý e-shop,trochu jsem se obavál jestli zboží dorazí,ale vše proběhlo v pořádku.

Zboží bylo rychle odesláno, sice trvalo déle, než bylo doručeno, ale to nebyla chyba obchodu. S nákupem jsem spokojená.

I would give 5 stars but all systems gave me earlier delivery date, if that would be correct I would not mind but I was awaiting package earlier as I was informed. Otherwise no problem at all. e-shop had items I could not get in my country with even better pricing. Kudos!

Batoh příjemně sedí na zádech. Zadní vstup je hodně praktický, a i uchycení skialp lyží paráda.

Package was ruined (DPD had to put extra tape, that the box would arrive in one piece) and delayed by 2 days. The shoes I ordered were nice, but they were not put in the original shoe-box, so when i received the damaged box with the shoes almost peeking out, I for sure was not as satisfied as one could be.

I’ve got a Patagonia jacket at a great price, they shipped it relatively fast (international shipping to the Czech Republic), but then Chronopost ducked up with the final destination info and the package got stuck in a week long “we need more info from you loop” (with literally no response from chronopost, they don’t have the chat bot in English, don’t respond to emails and literally provide no option to add the info to the tracking page for the parcel), Hardloop representatives were responsive, but rather useless - besides unhelpful encouragement that I should just wait and check the tracking page, they haven’t done anything (e.g. to contact chronopost and give them the correct info I’ve selected whilst purchasing) - in the end it took me 5 phone calls to the local depo here to persuade them and get a permit to come collect the package myself (it has never been delivered to the final destination and as I understand it couldn’t even be due to the ducked up info in the process, so if I haven’t actively tried and collected it myself, they’d just ship it back to France and give me a refund or ship it again I guess - so much for being eco friendly and low emission). So I’d be careful ordering from them internationally next time…
