I have managed large global businesses for almost 25 years - with ownership of service and customer support functions. Without question, Bernadette would be an instant hire for any of those organizations. Her combined courteous tone, knowledge, efficiency and relatability are rare to find. Frankly, I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Bernadette. You are lucky to have her and I will be recommending Hanso to my friends & family because of my experience with her.

Customer service is awesome!! Any questions or concerns that I had they responded within 24 hours most of the time within 12 hours!! My pergola is up and I love it!! It’s well made and easy to put together!!
Ken with Hanso Home has been very helpful We received 16 louvers that were generation 1 and did not fit with the 16 that were Generation 2. He took care of the issue and I am waiting to get my new louver ends to finish my project.

When we decided to replace our shade structure, our daughter told us about your beautiful shade structures. We were impressed, and ordering online was pleasantly simple. While we were waiting for it to be constructed, we had an unexpected situation that necessitated cancellation of our order. When I called, I was connected to Ken in customer service. He was knowledgable and had ready answers, and after consulting with his manager, he told me it would be processed within a few days. We sincerely appreciated this, and thank Ken for his kindness. We will speak highly of this company's structures and of their integrity, in our experience, concerning their customers.

Fullfilment and customer communication are lacking. I still do not have my order. I had to call after 10 weeks to see where my order was - still not satisfactory. I would have expected something more proactive, such as an email or call. Anything beyond 8 weeks for shipping is too long - your competitors are beating you. Your bots that send advertisements are just too many. You might want to clean up the web as well - you have negative reviews everywhere.
Once you get on with a customer service rep - they are very good - I had a good experience with Rayanne.

We have purchased a Hanso 10x 13 Pergola and I have to take my hat of to the staff at Hanso, they have the best customer service. From pre-sale to installation help as that is my current step. The videos and assistance from the staff on the phone I feel like this is a easy to setup design.
