Customer service came thru as promised. I called asking about expected delivery and was pleasantly surprised with an expected delivery within a week!

Ken, my service rep was very helpful. We were missing 2 heaters in our order. We submitted photos of the boxes we received, and they were missing from the order. Ken took care of the problem quickly, and will be sending the heaters ASAP.

Good customer service and the product is sturdy and of good quality. The only thing I wish they had their own service technicians who could come out and install or troubleshoot issues. Otherwise they are great.

I received a letter of delivery but received no delivery. A call to Hanso resulted in a quick discovery that the email was from Hanso but sent to me in error. I was given updated delivery estimates and verified that the email was not from some crook searching for information. Good service and great dp response time.

Every step of the way, Hansø has been super helpful.

The pergola itself is beautiful, made of high quality materials. Putting it together was challenging sometimes because the directions are horrible and not detailed, and there are mostly only pictures. Our heaters came several months behind the initial delivery. I feel like we should have received something in exchange for our patience as we paid the entire cost up front. If a customer orders something and you are unable to deliver on time, you should always strive to find a way to make the situation better. Other than that, great experience.

Bernadette was very courteous and understanding of my issue. She handled the situation professionally and I was made to feel assured that the resolution would be soon and positive.

Overall I feel Hanso’s support was very good & helpful. Bernadette in customer service was particularly helpful. The setup manual can be improved. All measurements should be in inches & feet. The tolerances are very little, but when setup correctly the structure is excellent. Sunscreens are terrific. No question the quality is superior to most if not all others. Happy we made the investment and will enjoy its benefits for a very long time.

I may not be young anymore but it took myself, two adult grandsons, and a friend a total of 14 hours to assemble the 13 x 13 pergola. There were 64 louvers which means twice as many screws that needed installing. One issue was that I followed the instructions I was sent rather than the ones included with the kit. The location of the control louver was different which required trying to sweep two louvers after they were installed. Not real easy. The structure itself is very solid and is like having another room. We really enjoy it but, be warned, it may take more effort that the advertising suggests.

The pergola is great! The shade and lights are lovely to use. With a tinge glitch in the initial ordering and receipt of instructions overcome, the install went well. The Hanso Home staff really did work to assist with any questions/emails.

We have not yet received our pergola, but the ordering process with the help of the sales department has been clear and easy. Because there is a 10-14 week gap (on average) between order and delivery we needed to adjust our delivery time. Hanso has been amenable to the change.

Ken had all my information up and ready immediately. He verified my order, worked on scheduling delivery and was focused on customer service.

I can’t thank Bernadette enough for her fantastic customer service. She was always available to take a phone call and answer any/all questions, and also very quick to respond to emails.

Bernadette went out of her way to coordinate a rush order. That is going to make it possible for me to have the pergola up before a graduation party, and my elderly family members will be spoiled!

Ryanne and Co answered my questions and helped me get ready to have the pergola installed. My issue is securing it to Trex composite boards, and I received all answers promptly.

Poor experience. The promised accessories, Bluetooth speakers, heater, and lantern were never delivered despite repeated promises to do so and having waited six months.

Ken had a quick response time, was thorough in identifying the correct part and was helpful in getting it resolved
