Bridgett was very quick to respond to my inquiry as everyone in the company has prior.
I got to a real person speaking straight after dialing and my query was answered very quickly.
My pergola was bought and paid for 02/07/25, approximately 12 weeks ago. To date I have not heard anything in regards to status or delivery which is why I called Hanso Home today 5/13/25 for an update. They did tell me at time of purchase that it was a 12-14 week lead time and I would receive updates about my order. The folks I spoke with on the phone (Chris at time of purchase) and Ryanne (today 5/13) were helpful and provided info but no delivery date confirmed. It was my understanding that I would receive email update(s) on status and delivery of my order. I look forward to receiving my pergola as it is getting hot here in Texas and I would like to get my pergola in place in my back yard. Thanks,
Every time I have called, Ryanne has understood my customer's perspective and has provided answers and support that exceeded expectations, for instance, helping with installation questions or shipment challenges.
Greatly appreciate the customer service and willingness to work through problems.

Great service and detailed information provided.
Ken was very helpful in resolving my issue with a box of incorrect louvers. Ken was also very proactive in reaching out to me after noticing I had called the help desk with this issue.
Ken was really helpful, he didn’t say no or was negative in the slightest which was greatly appreciated. He answered all my questions, anything else I’m going to calling for, I’d like to deal with Ken.
The pergola is well made, and quite attractive. It appears to be very durable and we anticipate decades of happy use. The support staff has been very responsive whenever we had questions, and has been receptive as we suggested changes to the installation instructions to improve clarity. Our neighbors have been very impressed as well.
While I have had some issues with Hanso in getting the correct parts for my pergola, and this is not a review of that experience, Bernadette in customer service was extremely helpful in getting me what I needed to finish up the project with the shade installation (I needed touch-up paint), and also picking up the wrong materials originally sent for the pergola installation. A year later it’s finally finished. Thank you, Bernadette, for your prompt resolution to the remaining issues.
I received a quick reply from Ryanne and all my questions regarding the status of my order were answered. Although my order is still in process (as it takes 10-2 weeks), customer support has been great.
Quick Response & Follow up
Ken responded to my question quickly and worked to resolve the issue. He followed up a few days later with and resolution as promised
When I spoke with Ken, and expland my situation regarding the 10" shade that I did no receive in shipment of my pergola.
Onces Ken found my accunnt, and research the data on the account. He found the issue,
Ken assured me he would submit the information and have an answerin a day so or sooner.
The nwxt day I rceived call from Kwn with a foullow up call informing me of tracking information for the freight of the shade,
I thanked ken for his work and knowledge of the system to locate the shade, and provide me all information to receive the shade, in the shortest time'

Great communication, great incentives, professional service, prompt responses. Hoping for this to continue throughout the whole manufacturing and delivery steps. Time will tell but I'm optimistic thus far.
I made several calls to Hanso regarding a bunch of boxes being delivered to me that I did not order. Someone at Hanso mistakenly sent someone else's order to me
Jaso was very grateful to be notified and had a delivery service come get all of then in a reasonable amount of time. Shortly thereafter our correct order arrived we really love it
Bernadette with Hanso is one of the most thoughtful, compassionate and professional customer service representatives it has ever been our pleasure to work with. She always responded to any order issue with diligence and care. We should all be so lucky as to have a rep like Bernadette when we need her.
