I placed and paid for my gazebo order in January 2025, and as of May 15, 2025, I still haven’t received it. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Quick response to my question and thorough description
There was absolutely now communications from Hanso about my order after the purchase. No updates as per their own site saying that I would receive updates about the progress of my order. When I called the help desk they were no help whatsoever. I kept getting comments that the system that sends out updates was not working. Really? Then have an employee do this manually. Keep your customers happy! Happy customers tell their neighbors and friends about their experiences. One communication I did get continuously were emails about buying more products from them.
When I receive this I will hope that this is a quality product and that Hansø improves all aspects of their business model.
All my questions were answered regarding my order status, and the person was very knowledgeable of the product and shipping arrangement. Very professional.
Bernadette provided excellent customer service. She gets five stars for her efforts. She was very pleasant and quick to respond to our inquiries about the status of our orders. I did not provide a higher rating since the Hanso sunshade did not fit our Hanso pergola. But Bernadette was great to work with, and the company is lucky to have her as an employee.

I purchased my Hanso Pergola and was very excited when the flatbed truck pulled up. A day passed before I opened the boxes to begin errecting the pergola. Everything was going smoothly until we began to put the louver mechanism together. As we fumbled around with the directions, I decided to contact the Hanso customer service. My call was answered by Bernadette. Bernadette was extremely helpful and patient in answering all of my questions. When we felt we had all of our questions answered and ready to move on with the installation, Bernadette offered her further assistance she could provide and suggested that a video of the installation should might be provide additional help should we run into any further snags. The video proved to be a good checkpoint and Bernadette's assistance was invaluable. Thank you Bernadette for all of your assistance. You made a key difference in achieving a successful installation.

Bernadette was finally able to answer my questions pertaining to my order - at the moment, I'm satisfied with the information provided, although when making this purchase I was never informed that there was a 10 to 14 week waiting period for the manufacturing of this order. Knowing this now, I would have never placed this order!
Hanso was helpful in creating a quote and helping me decide the best options for my pergola. Though the lead time is longer than I would like, I understand that good stuff takes time. Looking forward to seeing our new pergola.

I like the product and quick responses but since placing my order I've heard nothing for two weeks. I called two days ago and was told I'd get an update in 24 hours. It's now been 48 hours+ and nothing. Hoping i get word on my order soon.
I purchased my pergola from Hanso nearly a year ago and just now got around to building it. While going through the parts, I realized we were missing the base plates. Usually this would be a long discussion with other businesses and the “why didn’t you call sooner” scolding. Not with Ken at Hanso! He was very pleasant and got to work immediately on finding replacements for the parts I was missing! It’s one thing for a company to be nice before a sale because they want your money, but you really know a company and its people(Ken in particular) are great when they take care of you after your purchase.
