Ellis who served me was very friendly and professional,I was buying euros and the rate was very competative. The shop was clean and tidy and very welcoming.

I have put positive reviews about this store to be disappointed over time. I had to complain about a repair they try to charge me for a ring that needs a bar on it. On my life they said it would cost £400 for this repair which is outrageous. The piece it needs the size of a safety pin! I just had the final response to my complaint they said it was found as reasonably priced! So my complaint is not up held I found this store to be like every other business a rip off. Try somewhere else first.

First time visiting H&T Pawnbrokers. I had a lot of jewellery that I needed to check. Michael and Gary sorted through all of the jewellery and give me an excellent price. I was provided with excellent advice and customer service. I will certainly be using again in the future. Recommend highly.

Visited the Hamilton Store today - Jackie was extremely helpful when I was looking to trade in gold. Jackie was also of great assistance with exchanging currency and was very knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend.

Visit Runcorn regularly for fx excellent service..staff are very friendly & helpful. Also sold jewellery to them received a great price more than I expected. Would highly recommend as their currency rates beat others I’ve tried in the past. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I use the store on central drive Blackpool. I've been a customer for the past 2 years and from day 1 Rob the manager and all the girls that work there are all friendly and helpful! You get good prices for your gold and silver they are the best in Blackpool as far as I'm concerned. Plus they sell beautiful jewellery the store is beautifully designed clean and tidy.
