The ap was easy to navigate and once I chose my order the completion was also easy.

So far the serum is working out well. It’s still early to see any major results but I’m being consistent and it’s NOT irritating my eyes which has been an issue for me with other brands.

Never received my first delivery, had to contact you and you sent another order, then on social media I hear this is a fake copy of the original product. Very unhappy! It was in September and not certain of the day.

Received a completely different toner then I ordered they said they would ship out the corrections and still haven’t received a confirmation for that or the right product

It took a long time to receive it. I cant read any of the tiny directions... Its a bit messy, that said I do like the results, no need to reapply every morning! Overall I do like the product.

I was skeptical worry this wasn't to work like all other. I'm 55 years old my lashes were falling off and thinning. First week I noticed that they were getting slightly long. The second week I could see a bit more of my lashes. I'm not expecting full think lashes for my age I'm happy I'm able to see lashes now I can use mascara feel a little bit more confident. Thank you

It's a pain to track my order, will probably not get my purchase. Messaged twice for a refund and what a surprise, no response. If I would've known that it waa directly coming from somewhere in Asia, I wouldn't of purchased the product!

Order came in a timely manner and product was exactly as advertised…does not sting and makes lashes amazing!!

I was skeptical because there's just so much choice out there for lash serums, but this one totally delivered. My lashes have grown noticeably longer in such a short time. Even better, it's super gentle with no irritation, burning, or itching at all. I'm really happy with it and would definitely repurchase

I LOVE Hanae ! I lost my eyelashes due to chemotherapy treatments and was upset with no eyelashes. I saw this on instagram and immediately ordered it . A week of using it , I started to see little lashes and now 3 weeks later …My Lashes are back‼️

I have always looked after my skin but this product is a game changer. People have commented. It’s smoother, tighter and feels amazing. If you are thinking about this product, definitely buy it. You won’t regret it.
