I love this product I can totally see the difference in my lashes.

So easy to irder- fast delivery and great product!

So far it seems to be working and I like how easy it is to put on. I will buy again!

I ordered products as a new customer and when I went to pay, it linked to my shop account which I did not realize had an incorrect shipping address. I emailed them immediately about the mistake and asked to change shipping address or cancel order. I reached out in their website, and via email. I received a message the next day that my order had shipped. It was only AFTER receiving that email that I heard back from your team who basically told me “sorry it’s already been shipped so we won’t help you”. Now my ex husband has received it and we’re not in good terms. I felt embarrassed and upset that I wasted the money for that result. That lack of care from your team made me feel like the whole business is probably a scam anyways because if it wasn’t, they would help me like any other actually good company would do.

I just think that anybody that purchased from the company that is being advertised that product needs to be sent not a different product because people pay for it and they're not getting what they expect that's why you have so many bad reviews sorry do better.

I got used to using falsies so seeing my "barely there" own lashes doesn't impress me

I've been using product but I haven't seen a difference as of yet. But nice product doesn't burn eyes.

I placed my order over a month ago and I still haven’t received it when I contacted customer service. They said they could only see that it was still in progress….

The eyelash serum is very effective! I love that I’m naturally improving my hair growth. Checkout was simple, and shipping took a while, but updates were accurate and reliable!

I haven't received my order yet it's been a few weeks but I received an option for a free order if I participate in this today. Consider it done.

I ordered mine 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it and haven’t received a response from customer service either. Would lover to comment on the actual product but I would have to actually receive it first.

Terrible experience with my order. I prefer my full refund and you can keep the order you have yet to give me.

Fast shipping just out of using the product, hoping for success. Easy applicator, and doesn’t sting my eyes which is always a plus.

So far so good! It’s a small bottle but I think it packs a punch! I’ve been putting it on religiously so far it already looks promising. Ever since Ive hit xx years my nice thick hair have become so thin and brittle and my lashes look ever so sparse. I wish i remembered to take before pictures. Anyways get it, you won’t regret it.

This is what I’ve been looking for - skin care that is quick & easy to use! It makes wrinkles much less noticeable, but doesn’t make your skin feel uncomfortable or stretched tight. It also lightly smells like a high end product, fresh and clean! The consistency is velvety, easy to spread, and a little goes a long way! The bottle looks nice on the counter also.
