Still haven't received my product to rate

Its been 4 weeks and still haven't received my order

Je n'ai pas reçu mon colis et Poste Canada me disent qu'il est introuvable.

Terrible website and customer service. I bought the two for one deal. I only received one product, contacted company and they told me I was wrong. I then asked to return the unopened product. Never heard back. Also, the silk peptide toner is 2oz; very deceptive. Ads made it look like a much larger sized product. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

I am getting the results on this product. I love it .Great choice.

Only received 1 of the eyelash serum when I ordered it says I get 2 for the price of 1. Kind of disappointed. Other than I can’t really rate the product yet. I just started using it but I will do an updated review later.

The toner came quickly. That was great. I've been using the toner for a little over a week. It seems to be working. My face feels wonderful after I apply this toner.

I ordered products as a new customer and when I went to pay, it linked to my shop account which I did not realize had an incorrect shipping address. I emailed them immediately about the mistake and asked to change shipping address or cancel order. I reached out in their website, and via email. I received a message the next day that my order had shipped. It was only AFTER receiving that email that I heard back from your team who basically told me “sorry it’s already been shipped so we won’t help you”. Now my ex husband has received it and we’re not in good terms. I felt embarrassed and upset that I wasted the money for that result. That lack of care from your team made me feel like the whole business is probably a scam anyways because if it wasn’t, they would help me like any other actually good company would do.
