Reading the HaMuch reviews doesn’t go into detail on what jobs were done and if they done it well. So, will not be using HaMuch. Tells me they’re not real reviews.

Gatekeeping tradesmen on broken website.
Been trying to find a way to contact a specific Gardener for over 30 minutes now.
The gardener is in my area and the google search leads to their profile on HaMuch.
This stupid broken website wants me to make a job and then it sent my request for a gardener to a plumber and one gardener I have already spoken to.
I want to see a list of all gardeners in my area and be able to contact them, obviously that is too much to ask.
Thanks for wasting my time!
If you are a business or tradesperson stay away from this shower!

Hi Francis, sorry for the frustration, and thanks for flagging this specifically. Wanting to find one particular gardener you'd already found through Google, and getting routed to a plumber instead, isn't how this should work at all. We're actually in the middle of some work on the site at the moment, and getting the job-matching side of things right is part of that. I'll make sure this gets looked at. And, again, we're sorry for the frustration.

Hamuch flagged my message as they did not like my wording in my review. Trust pilot disagreed. my wording remains.
Hamuch ignored my email where i requested to remove my info a month or more ago, which they chose to ignore.
In their response to my review, they appear to be grovelling to email them so they can remove my data. The same email address i already used which they ignored.
No thanks, i will let the ISO deal with you. you had your chance. carrying out Ilegal marketing and spamming carries heavy fines and imprisonment if serious
1. i never signed up to your platform. you must have grabbed my details from a trusted website.
2. i never gave you permission to contact me in any form.
3. you never checked my number with TBS as my number is registered as i have opted out of all marketing communications
4. I requested that my info is removed, you ignored my request.
5. You thought it would be good to keep pestering with your fake messages in an attempt i would part with my hard earned cash to pay you guys for false leads.
6. I read elsewhere as already stated, that many traders have attempted to make contact with you to hav etheir info removed and also with them, you have also ignored.
If any other traders are being harrassed by Hamuch with their forceful attempts to get your money and false adverts that someone is interested in employing you, then report your messages to the ISO - information commissioners office.
register your phone number with TPS - telephone preference service. If your registered, then companies are breaking the law for marketing/spamming you.
original complaint:
another spamming website. constant spam text messages. Sent the maggots an email suggesting they remove all my details from their database and how and where they obtained my info. no reply but the messages stopped.
now they have strated again. reported to the iso where i have also directed them to another review platform about the number of other traders who did not offer permission to be contacted by this rogue company.
hope to read that you have been prosecuted under the misuse of communications act

Please email us at info@hamuch.com with the number the messages were sent to, and we'll remove it from our system straight away and look into why this happened and why it started again after you asked us to stop.

Scammed by a plumber named KU HANDYMAN SERVICE by Kay Deen.
Charged me the visit fee without informing on the call and then replaced the sink part even knowing it won't work. Also, did not t provide the receipt he promised to claim it from the landlord. Total Scam and waste of time and money. HaMuch is a scammer's hub I feel with no accountability

Excellent service from start to finish. Gee fixed the leak on my shower attachment quickly and efficiently, and his pricing was very reasonable. He also kindly resealed around my shower tray without any fuss, which was a thoughtful extra and much appreciated.
Gee is professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. A genuinely nice guy who provides great service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him again if I need a plumber in the future.
