After having been let down by the first company I called for urgent response, I called here. Exactly one hour to the minute arrived a really friendly and knowledgeable chap who replaced the thing in minutes, approximately ten.

Front Door Lock Replacement - OVERPRICED on parts by 950%!! I was told upon inspection that I could get locked out at any moment so I went ahead with the cost of £500 to replace my front door locks. The cost of the parts were explained to me at the time however I was very naive in my understanding of this as after looking at the individual breakdown of the invoice I was sent once payment and the job was complete there was a huge 950% markup on an item! While I appreciate their would be an increased cost for parts than buying myself I was charged £150 for a part that is sold are online for around £16!! When I brought this up with customer service they said that "Our pricing reflects not only the cost of the part itself, but also sourcing, handling, warranty, and the expertise involved in completing the work safely and efficiently" however this does not warrant a mark up of this amount in my opinion especially as I made a separate amount of £78 for the labour itself. That is only for one of the parts, I hate to think how much the bigger part were marked up. The old lock was also left on the grass outside of my property. I remain extremely dissatisfied.

Paid £70 for a locksmith who tightened some screws which were already tightened prior to visit.Problem with front door unresolved.

Andre was great and so quick! He came at 8:15pm and changed the lock and install a new one in less than half an hour. Thank you x

I was quoted £69 + VAT for labour, but was charged £178 for a 30-minute visit just to gain entry and fit a temporary lock. I was promised a call the same day or the next with the price of the replacement part, but despite repeatedly chasing over the following weeks, nobody contacted me.
I have been left with only a temporary lock on my front door, which does not meet my home insurance requirements, and the company now expects me to pay another labour charge as well as for the replacement part to finish the job.
Poor communication, poor customer service, and completely unreasonable charges. I would not recommend this company.

I have since been quoted £262.96 for labour and parts.

I have complained which has not been addressed adequately, simply being told that what I am saying is not true.

Had a serious issue with a leaking storage cylinder. Darren sourced a replacement and came out the next day to fit it. Despite it turning out to be a longer job than he anticipated he retained his sense of humour.

Sammi and his colleague did a great job installing the light in our loft and extra points for doing it on the hottest day of the year! Tidied up afterwards too.

I called and was offered a workman the same day, which wasn't needed as it was not an emergency. So I ask for the plumber to come out the following day which was great.

The plumber (Omar) arrived on time and was extremely polite and efficient.

As your being charged by the hour, to have confidence that the plumber is not there time wasting or doing jobs not necessary is very important.

So I was very happy with the service and would recommend.
