I rent my property through Hamptons. I have received excellent service from Harjeet my property manager. She has been very efficient and any issues are dealt with promptly. She has given me guidance, help and care throughout my tenancy. Thank you Harjeet.

My experience with Hamptons lettings agency in Windsor has been very positive over the last two years. Patryk has been really helpful and he always tries to find the best solution to help me as a tenant. Overall, they are a very professional agency.

Viewing the property, liaison with landlord and getting in has been great. I wanted to add the property management team at Hamptons has been amazing. Special mention goes to Saima who is managing our property - one of the best I have dealt with. Always very responsive, swift action and true efficiency at it's best! Fantastic to deal with and would highly recommend.

I have been renting my property out in Windsor with Hamptons for over 18 years as I live in Australia. They have always been fantastic and make sure my house looks even better than when I lived it. Great at vetting tenants and keeping up to date with maintenance issues. They keep me happy and my tennant happy. Current property manager is Patryk who is great , very responsive and effective.

Extremely unprofessional company, communication is non-existent. Tried to get in contact via text, email and calling (for an entire month!). Even left messages. Absolutely no interest in responding

The house we have rented through the Parsons Green office has been a great experience from the beginning. We haven’t rented in a number of years but are doing so while renovating our own house. The property is managed by Hamptons through the help and expertise of Danish at their property management. Everything issue is dealt with efficiently and politely through Danish making our lives so much easier! I can trust that it will be done always, thank you Danish.

Quick response and effective communication

We just sold our house with Hamptons in Tunbridge Wells and Deborah and her team were always on hand to help and kept us informed. We would highly recommend her and her team.

Terrible service from a buyers perspective dealing with the Cirencester office. Made an offer and absolutely no feedback even after chasing them.
Extremely disappointing that basic customer service seems so far from being an important part when buying or selling a house.
We now know who we would not want to sell our house !
