We have used Hampshire Heating Services multiple times now, for boiler repairs, gas safety report and to fix a leak. Every time they have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are great at communicating, the work is always carried out to a very high standard, and the prices are very reasonable.

Dylan made quick contact regarding replacement boiler supply and installation after ageing existing appliance failed. Dylan was prepared to attend late in the day to assess and provide a competitive quote. Immersion heater was also found to be not working prior to attendance where Dylan quickly noted a faulty wall switch rather than faulty element. Dylan also spent time re pressurising hot water cylinder to provide increased hot water flow, all part of initial quote attendance at no charge. Super helpful removing the ‘emergency’ from the situation.

Had boiler service, guys were helpful, tidy and prompt - would definitely recommend. Also sorted out my partner’s heating for him at short notice.

Highly recommend Hampshire Heating Services. They fixed a toilet leak, serviced the boiler and installed a new radiator. Then replaced the keys for bleeding the radiators in the house. Honest price for services and all work completed in good time. I was impressed with the individual who did the work because he did not overwhelm me with technical information I couldn’t understand. The explanation also showed how they were problem solving the leak. The boiler works better now since the service completed too. I have recommended them to a friend who has also been impressed with the work. I won’t hesitate to ask again for plumbing and heating needs.

Hampshire Heating Services have been doing a chemical power flush to my radiators for the last two days. I was very impressed with the individual who came to do the job. He arrived on time, was polite, he had a great work ethic and at the end of the first day made sure everything was packed away and clean and tidy ready to begin the next morning. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend the Company.

My boiler was losing pressure every day, I contacted Dylan who was quick to reply to my message, he arrived on time and was polite and friendly, he found the issue with the boiler quickly and got it working again, he explained what he done and what the problem was . He is reliable and good value for money.

Really great experience. We work long hours and they fitted us in quickly at a time that worked for us. Even when a job ran late this was communicated to us really well and we were able to rebook with no problems at all. Really friendly, highly recommend!

Called Hampshire Heating Services after boiler failed late on a Friday. Turned up within the hour. Quality friendly service and reasonable price. Throughly recommended.

Dylan was brilliant. I had a bit of an issue with the removal and capping of a gas pipe prior to installing a bio fuel fire. I contacted Hampshire Heating Services because it is a veteran owned company with excellent ratings on 4th Dec and the work was completed the week after. Communication was first class, he turned up on time and carried out the work very efficiently.

Dillian was brilliant, had the boiler leaking water though my ceiling on a Saturday night! He came out within 20 mins, very professional put my mind at ease and sorted the problem quickly.

Have Used Hampshire Heating Services for several years. First rate service, bills as quoted, highly recommended

I had an excellent experience when using Hampshire Heating Services when my combo boiler needed a service . They were very quick to respond when first contact and arrived exactly when they said they would plus carried out the service at a fixed price with no hidden costs , I will definitely be using them again.

Very friendly prompt local company.

Initially had to call Dylan as an emergency at approx 7pm, as my hot water tank was constantly pouring water out.
After a slight delay, he sent Ollie out to investigate. The tank had a hole in the side, which had previously been repaired with gaffer tape. Ollie got to work temporarily fixing the hole so that I could still use the tank but explained that I would need a new one.
I was surprised by the charge for the call out, as it was reasonable. Plus the quote for the new tank and labour was lower than I had anticipated.
A month later, Ollie came back to replace the old one with a new one. He had to replace the board it was sat on and all the pipework within the small cupboard its housed in.
He was no trouble, even refusing drinks I offered him. I felt comfortable leaving him for a while and came back when he was finishing up.
I can’t recommend them enough as I would have been stuck with a leaking tank, if Dylan hadnt answered the phone on that first time.

Fast response from Dylan to repair our leaking boiler. We are extremely pleased with the service he provides.
