From our initial conversation to completion of the job Dylan was brilliant managing to find time to install a new heating system making sure we had some heating for Christmas without delay ( as we had just moved and had no heating).
Dylan and his teams work was first class and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Can be hard to find a reliable plumber, but these guys have always been great, and we’ve had them back a few times when there’s something that needs fixing.

Dylan come out the same day (yesterday) when I called him, as I had a fault code on my Baxi Boiler which stopped it from working. He had found the fault quickly after some checks, it needed a new Gas Valve, and today his colleague Ollie come over to replace it, now its working better than before! 2nd time I have used this company, last time was for a boiler service.

Hampshire Heating is my go to for any boiler/gas needs!

Our boiler broke down over a weekend during the winter and we found Hampshire Heating Services through Google. We gave Dylan a call and he was the most helpful person we spoke to out of all the heating engineers we’d called, he managed to squeeze us in late in the evening and had our heating and hot water back on in no time. Since then we have used Hampshire Heating Services for our boiler service and recommended them to our friends and family.

Highly recommend Hampshire Heating Services. Dylan and Ollie arrived promptly and worked very hard providing an excellent service in installing a new combi boiler and removing all the old equipment. They always tidied up at the end of the day and came up with solutions to any problems encountered. They were friendly and very professional.

Dylans company was the first I contacted on moving to Gosport from London. His response was quick, his work was thorough and he did everything in good time. Very friendly and professional and has been my 'go to' ever since.

We moved into our new house in April 2025 and knew we had to change the gas boiler as it was 16 years old, located in the loft and very difficult for me to access at my age to do any minor adjustments. Hampshire Heating services were fantastic. Dylan provided competitive quotes to put a new boiler in the airing cupboard. When the guys came to fit it they worked extremely hard in unbearable heat, were polite, and they are genuinely nice guys. The house was left as they found it. I was so pleased I had them replace our bath taps recently. I highly recommend Hampshire Heating Services and certainly won’t use anyone else in the future.

Then the refit of a new combination boiler , removal of old cylinder and boiler all undertaken as promised . Dylan , Ollie and Jay are very respectful of your home and exceptionally tidy .

Was recommended these guys by a friend! Responded to my text within minutes, and as I was looking for a call out this week they were able to schedule same day (evening). The engineer, Al, text me to let me know he was arriving in 5 mins (which let me sort the dog), and when he arrived was quick and throughout with the job. Explained a few bits to me as well which was really nice. Definitely will be using their services again and 10/10 recommend!

Recently moved into property and had a problem with old Vaillant boiler not working showing a couple of fault numbers. Looked up local heating firms and Hampshire Heating Services caught my eye as I had seen an advertisement of them somewhere while driving and they had very good reviews. They sent Vaillant Engineer out same day and replaced PCB and boiler back up working again so very happy with prompt service and professionalism. Curiously, the last boiler inspection was the year before and it noted the same fault numbers suggesting could be PCB but was being used prior to me moving in.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hampshire Heating Services and will happily use again in future.

Annual boiler service carried out, engineer friendly and efficient and at a reasonable price

Dylan and his team changed my combi boiler. They always turned up when they said they would and provided a competitive quote, did the work well, were tidy and courteous. Dylan and his team are life savers! Recently a leak in my kitchen ceiling was fixed within hours- luckily for me Dylan was nearby. Always polite and explains what needs to be done. I highly recommend Hampshire Heating.
