I ordered a personalised book holder and remote control holder as gifts. The personalisation aspect was easy & the results were excellent. Both items were lovely, of a high quality and well made. I did experience a slight problem regarding postage, but on contacting the company I found the staff excellent to deal with and they sorted the issue quickly and politely. Ordered a photo frame for my mum’s birthday and needed to change the personalisation after I’d made the order. This was accommodated without any problem and the frame received was lovely. I gave it to my mum today and she loves it!
