Very professional, efficient and friendly service.

The removal experience was stress-free from start to finish.

All staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and got the job done with a smile, no matter how heavy we had packed the book boxes. Diligent care was taken with fragile things, and with those items of sentimental value.

Everything was on time, quick and professional. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone moving anywhere.

I have used them before for a move to the continent and things seemed to go okay. However when arranging to go back we found them unsupportive Unhelpful and even went as far to blatantly disrespect my wife! They were also very unreasonable regarding refunds leaving you feeling robbed

Amazing service! recently used them to move house as i have back problems, the two gentlemen that turned up on time and so polite to talk to. Every time i tried to help they told me to stop as it was their job to move and make it the best experience i could ask for. Best thing was them making my rather large television safe for moving, i didn't have the original box for it, no problem! Two moving blankets, three Hamilton boxes and lots of tape. I have been recommending them to all my colleagues at work. A* services over the phone with bookings as well.

From the first contact, this removal firm have proved to be an extremely professional company to deal with, pro active, helpful and efficient. Our delivery to Italy was well organised and coordinated and completed on time. Our goods were handled and placed with care, and the lorry crew very cheerful, obliging and helpful. We have had some bad experiences with other companies, but this one is a breath of fresh air !

Stuck by us, despite AWA wanting to shut road down for 3 days, the road was kept open and they completed the move.

Our belongings had to go into storage for an indeterminate time. Turned out to be 8 months. The collection was split into two parts. Garage and outside stuff on a Friday. Inside bits on Monday. Many items were protected with special packaging for added protection Both days the items were packed into crates for storage in their Aldeby storage facility. The crates wern't labelled with the contents or identified with outside or inside goods.
On redelivery 8 months later the van arrived 1 hour later than advised. The first van load consisted of a mix of both inside and outside crates. Didn't help when trying to instruct where boxes should go. After 2 hours the truck returned to the storage to collect remainder of crates. As a 70 year old i didnt expect to be unloading boxes that i had paid good money to have shipped. Not enough protective covers used inside on new carpets. Mud brought into garage which had some carpet down by one of crew. Large items which were split into 3 parts were left unassembled leaving myself and my wife to move some very heavy items into place. When asked, the foreman said that wasnt in their instructions. By 1.30 pm the 3 man crew had gone. Items had been packed in boxes on initial collection which wern't labelled accurately making finding them very difficult.
Reported all problems to customer services but have not offered any compensation just an apology.
Outward crew ok but delivering crew not over helpful and didn't go the extra mile to make the process less stressful. It was Friday and perhaps wanted an early finish.
Apparently new procedures have been put in place to avoid same problems again. Obviously there was a problem.
Not the cheapest and Definately not the best.

We used Hamiltons to move us 2 weeks ago. The team that came on the day were helpful, professional and without a doubt worked hard all day. They moved us quickly and efficiently. Would recommend this company without hesitation.
