As far as the men are concerned we have no complaints, they were polite and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Hamiltons as a company have moved us at least 3 times once from France and twice in the uk, that speaks for itself I think very professional and not the most expensive.

Competitive price and very professional. We had to amend our moving date multiple times due to the chain of our house sale getting delayed and Hamilton's were very understanding and flexible with us. Unfortunately our moving date was then finalised last minute but Hamiltons did not have availability, so they issued me a full refund of my deposit and it came through to me very quickly.
Excellent customer service and very responsive also, which really helps during a stressful house move.
Would 100% recommend this firm!

Fantastic, the boys really worked hard, lovely and friendly couldn’t have wish for any one better for the move. The only regret on my behalf was I couldn’t find my kettle until the last hour. I would certainly recommend Hamiltons removal

Wholeheartedly recommended. We had a storage unit full of furniture in deepest Suffolk. Hamiltons packaged it all up safely and brought it down to us here in Zürich. End to end was completely seamless, and the price quoted was the price paid. That price was also significantly cheaper than many other quotes that we received. Thank you!

It was a pleasure working with Steve and Rodney moving 100cum of house contents from the mountains above Nice back to the UK. On schedule, adaptable, hard working, polite and friendly, nothing was a problem that could not be resolved, working with care and efficientcey, our move went more smoothly than I thought possible. A complex move with everything being shuttled down the mountains, it could not have been done better.I would recommend Hamiltons to everyone.

I used Hamiltons to move us from Austria back to GB. It was an extremely stressful time, especially as it was during the pandemic. The move went so smoothly it was unbelievable. We did our own packing but the stuff was picked up a day early (at our agreement), taken to the Harleston store and then a few weeks later, into our house in Norfolk at a convenient date and time. The removal guys were great - particularly the lads who collected from Austria. Paul in the office was very efficient and helped in keeping my stress levels down as he responded very quickly to any queries we had. I would highly recommend Hamiltons. Good value for money.

I would recommend Hamiltons Removals as they were very proffesional, efficient, clean, tidy, helpfull and polite. My move went smoothly worry free and without a hitch.

Provided a great moving service in Suffolk. Competitive quote, and fitted us in on short notice. Did a great job on the day. Loading the lorry in the morning, and unloading at the new house an hours drive away in the afternoon. As the unloading was taking longer than expected due to challenges in fitting furniture in the new house (not much would fit up the stairs) they called in additional staff who had finished on other jobs and we soon had 3x as many people helping with the move into the new place. Would definitely use again.

We moved into storage and then to our new home. Both moves were expertly handled by friendly and helpful personnel. Nothing was lost or damaged and the operations were quick and efficient. Also flexible on changing dates and even prompt/immediate collection of the used boxes afterwards too! We would definitely recommend!

After doing a lot of research on which mover company to use we decided on Hamiltons Removals. Their price is very good, their service is fabulous, we have been extremely happy with the calmness, friendliness of the crew. Their customer service has been extremely sufficient and helpful in every step.
All in all, it has been an outstanding experience and we highly recommend them!

We engaged Hamiltons to pack and for 5 weeks store our furniture. We were promised that their best team would handle the packing. Fortunately we took out insurance. When our furniture was delivered a number of items of furniture were damaged. The worst being four gouges across the bottom of the display cabinet; the corner of one of the table leaves was damage due to being dropped. The mercury barometer had at sometime been left on it side causing mercury to spill out. The plugs had never been inserted. While the glass floats were left dangling. Chest of drawers, a coffee table and other items had suffered some impact damage; the fridge freezer door was dinted. The tips of the three glass shelves of the display case, were protruding from the wrapping. If these had been broken, the display case may have become unusable. When we unpacked a box marked books, which had been packed by the 'best team'. There were books on the top, with old videos on a lower layer (no problem). When we got to the bottom of the box, we found two crushed boxes of shattered Christmas tree baubles.

Today we had Hamilton’s Removals to collect our belongings from our Swiss apartment. We would like to congratulate the team of Steve and Justin for their professionalism and efficiency. Their approach was very friendly and courteous that made the moving experience a positive one. Without a shadow of a doubt we want to recommend this company who only wants the recipient to enjoy a positive outcome. Well done.

Absolutely shocked by the behaviour of this company. Absolutely not to be trusted at all! I shipped my belongings from London to Cyprus and insured my items. I was told to send over a list of the items and to value the price for each item and I would be sent a final bill. I sent over the list, got the quote for “ total final bill “ and paid the balance owed.

All good I thought. Well not quite! Shipment arrived and the packaging was shocking, due to covid, I had not been able to be in the same room when they packed so had no idea how bad a job they had done.

My air conditioning unit was broken, so I placed a call to Hamilton’s to put in a claim. I was contacted some time later to be told ... wait for it ! We forgot to charge you for the insurance and if you want to make a claim you have to pay us an extra £140. I explained that I had received a “total final bill” months ago and if there was an error on their part then that was clearly their issue. Absolutely not acceptable three months later and only when I go to make a claim for damages to try and extort further funds from their clients.

As claims for insurance go through Hamilton’s, I was not able to claim on the insurance, I had been lead to believe that was fully paid for!

Had this been a genuine mistake on their part I would expect them to apologise and take the hit finically. Instead I get Tracy with an attitude, sending me an email telling me to escalate my complaint via customer services, umm guess who was head of customer service complaints? That’s right - Tracy with the attitude? Why ? Clearly just trying to exhaust the customer into giving up. This company has the morals of an alley cat - avoid!!

From the initial video survey through to collecting boxes after our move day, Hamilton’s were first class. The moving team who arrived on the day were brilliant, professional, polite and helpful beyond my expectations. I’d highly recommend Hamiltons.

They gave us a exceptional and very professional service from start to finish on our long distance move from Suffolk to cumbria and des and James our delivery drivers were absolutely brilliant,very helpful and a good laugh. Will use again if we move again.
