I had a procedure done in January Kevin was helpful and easy to talk to about what was going to happen I payed a £1000 deposit and the rest a few days before, I did not really like paying up front however it was all good! Dr k and his team was excellent at what they do 👍 the only hiccup was it cancelled a few days before because of staff illness but Kevin rearranged it for a week later! I am 4 months in and the results are looking good already! Thanks to Kevin and the team.

I went for my first hair transplant in September 2022 with Dr Kalra . Then after meeting with him again a year later for a check up we decided I would need further treatment in the form of a (top up) and he was good enough to provide the top up with no further charges . I went for this yesterday and I was very pleased with the service Dr Kalra provided. I look forward to seeing the growth results.

Dr Karla’s passion for his work is clearly evident from the moment you meet him, he has a calm experienced manner which makes you feel immediately at ease. All members of the team are exceptionally well trained and carry out their part of the procedure with great skill and confidence, I really felt I was in good hands. Dr Karla’s after care is superb, always on hand to answer any questions and to give advice. Kevin deserves a mention too, from the initial consultation to organising the procedure and checking how I was afterwards, he has helped to make me feel I made the right choice. It’s still early days but so far so good and I’m looking forward to seeing the final results.

Fantastic job by Dr Kalra and his amazing team. I’ve had two procedures both were pain free and the results are outstanding. Also thanks to Kevin who set it all up, can’t thank them enough. Definitely 5 star rating for me, very professional, highly recommended.

Cannot recommend Harley Street enough, especially if, like me, it’s your first hair transplant. Both Dr Kalra and Kevin went above and beyond to calm my nerves and make me feel as comfortable and possible. It’s obvious that Dr Kalra is an expert in his field, with the procedure itself being incredibly smooth and surprisingly relaxing for something as potentially daunting as a hair transplant. Dr Kalra’s aftercare advice and guidance was straightforward, clear and precise. Plaudits also to Kevin, who is thoroughly organised and able to answer any questions (no matter how stupid), and calm any worries or apprehensions, both leading up to the day of the procedure and during the aftercare period.
I’m so excited to see my results, and would recommend Harley Street to anyone.

Went for my second hair transplant last month carnt wait until it starts to grow so I’ve got a full head of hair instead of looking old and bold the front transplant looks amazing and honestly has knocked 10+ years off me… if your thinking of a hair transplant trust me just do it… and once again a big thankyou to the team ..nice to be with a company you can trust because there are so many cowboys out there nowadays what just want your money

First of all big shoutout to kevin and Dr.kalra for the amazing experience i had yesterday with my hair transplant , I had my hair transplant done with Dr.kalra , the operation went very smooth , i am now waiting on the results and i would recommend this clinic to everyone , kevin has been very helpful from the start till the end , the after care was presented very good by Dr. Kalra , he is a great surgeon and knows whats the best.

Was great from start to finish, had my transplant with dr kalra and was a very friendly guy, talked me through everything that was going to happen and also while it was happening, all questions were answered along with advice along the way, the treatment was swift and the full team was very respectful.
Had a few worries with the shedding stage as id forgot what was said how long it would take and everything turned out brilliantly with the explanation of things with kevin.
Got told the procedure wouldnt be 100% until gone a year and its been that now since my transplant and its one of the best things ive chose to do, end result is brilliant and im glad i chose to go to harley street, great explanation on things, great team and most importantly a great transplant.

I know from personal experience that making the decision to have cosmetic procedure is not undertaken lightly or without careful consideration and therefore feedback, good and bad, on these forums is important.  When I was considering my choice of treatment and subsequent provider, I used them as a reflection of how others found the results and the experience, so I have tried to give my balanced view below.

I had PRP with Dr Karla in 2022 over 3 sessions and again a follow up in Nov 2023, the result I was generally happy with, but the process was extremely frustrating. 

I first made contact with Kevin in February 2022 and initially he was responsive and I booked 3 PRP treatments, paying upfront.  

Unbeknown to me, the company I had researched, and thought I paid, was not the company that I made payment to and ultimately delivered my treatment. The situation had been, at best, misrepresented and what followed was a series of never ending excuses, failure to respond to emails / phone calls and when appointments were made, these were cancelled or rescheduled at the last minute.   This, in my view is a fundamental trust issue, which does not reflect well on individuals .

Now I did (eventually) receive the three treatments I paid for but the process was not easy and difficult in the extreme to plan. 

To make amends, I was offered a follow-on treatment free of charge, this too was almost impossible to arrange (taking over a year) and an additional treatment was offered; bear in mind the company’s own recommendation was for top up treatments every 6-9months, which I did eventfully receive in November of 23….eighteen months thereafter!

I have tried, over 4 months to schedule in the following up “free” appointment but again its a pattern of constant excuses and false promises. I am not unsympathetic but it really shouldn’t be this difficult and I’ve ran out of patience and tolerance for excuses which are never ending . I presented a final request outlining my intention to post a review of my experience which wouldn’t reflect positively on my experience. Kevin responded within the hour a left a fairly aggressive voicemail noting that these were “free” so I should not have any grounds to complain, completely failing to acknowledge to core issue.

Now yes they were “free”, but they were offered unilaterally and as reflection of the significant inconvenience caused in the delivery of the paid treatments; this being blamed on the transition from one company to his new one. The irony of the “compensatory” treatments being even more contrived really isn’t lost on me!

Whilst the results themselves I am pleased with (hence my initial perseverance) everything else about the operation and engagement is really poor. A clinical Director should seek to make the process as stress free as possible, with full transparency, in my experience, it’s the complete opposite but this does appear to be the culture of this particular business or individual in charge.

I see a mixture of comments on here, some good, some bad. My observation is the focus is on the higher value treatments and other procedures and subsequent aftercare suffer, so be warned!

I would encourage anyone considering PRP to go ahead, and no complaints about Dr Karla in the execution of the procedure itself, but everything else falls well short of what I would expect and thus I’d encourage anyone to seek alternatives to Harley Street Hairsplants.

Excellent service and very professional.
My only negative was that my first procedure was rushed due to traffic issues because of the storms.
This lead to it being very rushed. Over 20 anaesthetic injections at the back of my head, one after the other. This was one of the most painful experiences I’ve had. I’ve been assured this will not happen at round two. I’m close to three months post operation and just starting ti see hair growing. Very excited to see a hair line again after 25 years without one…

I have had my hair transplant done with this company, but that is not the full story.I have to be very careful in not using the other companies name as Kevin has tried numerous times to have this review removed,which tells you straight away this is somthing dodgy that he does not want people to know about.i first contacted the other company which has a name very similar to this one and was passed on to Kevin,not knowing at the time that Kevin was poaching/buying leads from clients secretly from this other company.I was tricked and fooled into thinking Kevin was part of the team there and i was having my hair transplant with them but this was not true,and i had my Transplant with this company instead (without me knowing).
If you look on the Trustpilot website you will see my review i left on there,and the reply from the company stating what Kevin has been doing. but Not once did anybody inform me i would be dealing with another company than the one I first contacted. I have all the emails/WhatsApp/screenshots that I have had to send over to trustpilot to prove all of this in able to keep the review online.
I had my hair transplant over one year ago in bury with Dr Karla,i payed £4000for between 1500/2000 grafts,after counting numerous times i have received at the most between 550/600 grafts which is not even half of what i payed for. I have tried to contact Kevin numerous times,and sometimes I will get a reply after weeks and i am told we will book you in for more,but then there is always an excuse on why it has been cancelled.From the start i contacted Harley street and received numerous whats app messages and was then put in touch with Kevin. Kevin is very polite to talk to,he explained the procedure and we booked in for the transplant on the specific date. This date was cancelled and along with many other cancellations it was moved to another date.On the morning of the procedure i arrived on time and was waiting for nearly one and a half hours before dr karla seen me.Dr Karla was polite and explained the process to me. What i found was the whole day was rushed,Dr Karla was doing two procedures at the same time so he was back and forth between me and another patient in another room.There was two members of staff who again were very polite. Dr Karla took out the grafts on my head,but these grafts were not put back in by Dr Karla this was done by the two ladies who were helping out,i then had PrP treatments after the procedure and again booking the date for this and having many cancellations before getting dates. During this time i explained my concerns regarding the amount of grafts,the coverage and the density was poor and not what i had payed for. I will attach my email if anyone would like to contact me and see the results of my hair and the amount of grafts I have been given i will show you.

I have had a number of people contact me to see the pictures,and to hear my experience and are grateful for the information i have given them and have now cancelled or gone elsewhere.
I am very upset this has happened to me,it has taken me a long time to save the £4000 and it is a lot of money for then to have a procedure that has not been what i was told or payed for.
Kevin has stated i have had 1700 grafts,i have no idea where this number has come from,nobody told me on the day the amount of grafts and when i asked the lady who was implanting the grafts she said she has no idea she has not been counting. The best thing to do if you are concerned is just look at my pictures for yourself and count them.

I have spoken to kevin numerous times to try and fix this problem,in the end i have had that many cancellations and the fact that the procedure was not done properly the first time,and i was poached from another company without my knowledge has left me to not trust this company to proceed with another transplant and to go and see Dr Karla for the checkup on the 17th of march which was previously cancelled.I asked kevin for £2000 refund (half my money back ) as i have not even had half the grafts i paid for.Kevin has offered me £1000 refund if i take down the review immediately, and then i would have to wait 60 days for the refund. Which i have declined.Please look at my photos,as the evidence is quite clear to see other than listen to two peoples accounts of how many grafts.
Alot of the reviews have been posted straight after surgery and you will not see the final results of the transplant until after 12/18 months so please look for the reviews of the final results.
My personal experience has been horrendous and I would advise anybody to stay clear from this company.keep all your correspondence as if you leave a bad review kevin will flag it and you have to send all the proof over to keep the review up.

3 months in , growth is looking good , happy with results so far

From the start Kev was explaining how the whole procedure would go and was very reassuring, he made it very simple for me to understand what was going to happen, I need two procedures for my hair transplant which was explained at the start I have had my first and my experience from Kev and the surgical team has been amazing was very nervous on the day but the doctor was very calm and they explain everything before they do it to make you feel very relaxed. Have to go back in 4-6 months for the second lot but I won’t be nervous now at all as I know what to expect overall great experience and would recommend to anybody

I had my transplant five months ago, and I am currently sitting with a rebuilt hairline and an almost bush-like mass of hair where it was receding.

The price could not be beaten, the results have surpassed my expectations, and this is after 5 months.

Like most, I experienced shock loss for the first few months, but now the hair is regrowing better than I ever would have expected.

The only downside was getting a date for the transplant, but I'm glad I stuck with it.

Cannot recommend the clinic enough.

My experience with this company has been extremely positive. Kevin and Dr are only a phone call away, always responding to my messages. Highly recommend

Second procedure with Dr kalra, he is very passionate about what he does and you can tell that as soon as you meet him. He is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. We are a long way off the end results yet but I am very confident about how it’s going to turn out and would recommend Dr Kalra and his team to anyone!

I received my hair transplant 10 days ago and I have to say the whole process from initial consulation with Kevin through to the procedure itself, and the after care have all been 5 star. On the day I arrived for treatment everyone including the receptionist and the nurses were very friendly and professional and put me at ease right away. Dr Kalra was exceptional. He took great care to answer any questions I had before (and after) the surgery and made feel I was in safe hands at all times. I have been delighted with the results so far, and would highly recommend Harley Street Hair Transpants to anyone.

Kevin, Dr Kalra and the team provided a superb service from the start to end. Unfortunately due to illness at the centre we had to postpone a few times but he kept me updated and was open and honest about the situation. Eventually we managed to get my surgery booked in and my experience on the day was outstanding. Dr Kalra was personal, professional and thorough in preparing me for the day explaining each stage. He and his staff were warm and made the procedure very comfortable and efficient. Im still waiting to see the full results but there was minimal discomfort during and post- procedure and he informed me of the exact recovery process. After hearing people’s experiences at other clinics I feel very fortunate to have found them! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and it was all at a very reasonable price too.
