Kevin was really helpful my entire experience leading up to the procedure, on the day by Dr was fantastic was constantly checking on me and making sure I was informed about what he was doing, especially with the drawing of my temple he was really sure to check I was happy with what had been drawn, my partner came with me and they had the TV set up for her to watch as she waited on me throughout the procedure, I'm 4 days out since the procedure obviously I have a bit of time to wait and see the finished results but at least for right now I am excited and happy with everything

I was terrified of the pain, but the procedure was much more comfortable than I expected. The anesthesia was applied gently, and the team checked on me constantly to make sure I was okay. The recovery was smooth, and the results are starting to come in beautifully.

I am only 2 weeks post op so I can't comment on the final growth yet, but the experience so far has been impressive.

From start to finish with procedure was absolutely superb,the clinic and all Drs involved where great and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a hair transplant, they have kept in touch with me throughout making sure i was ok and nothing g was too much for them 👌🏻

After deciding against a hair transplant with this company for My own personal reasons.

I decided to ask for a full refund.

I have regularly received my refund in instalments and Kevin has kept in touch with regular payments.
I cannot ask for anymore than this.

Excellent overall service. The team is very friendly and the aftercare support is fantastic. The communication and build-up to my surgery were very clear and informative, so I knew the entire process beforehand. I am posting this as a factual account of my experience with Harley Street Hair Transplants Ltd and to ask whether anyone else has had similar difficulties obtaining a refund or enforcing a court judgment.

The rationale behind the judgement documents a series of failings from the company, therefore I issued small claims court proceedings 

Judgment was entered in my favour under claim number: 746MC114 with court documents outlining the repeated failures of Harley Street Hair Transplants Ltd to meet their basic expectations of service provision. The detail of this case is publicly available

The judgment required payment by instalments of £100 per week beginning on 5 January 2026. The instalments were not paid as ordered with Harley Street Hair Transplants Ltd communicating a plan for instalments then reporting via voice mail 'they do not have the ability to pay' 

I have subsequently progressed the matter to enforcement and instructed a High Court Enforcement process in an attempt to recover the judgment debt.

I am posting this primarily to document my experience and to ask whether anyone else has:

• had difficulty obtaining refunds from this company;
• dealt with enforcement issues;
• identified alternative routes to recovery; or.

I am keeping this review strictly to matters that I can evidence and document.

I again appeal to Harley street hair transplants to follow the court judgment and repay what I am owed as per claim 746MC114

Was a bit unsure at first, but the consultation put me at ease. Procedure went better than expected. Happy with how it’s progressing so far.

Avoid this company at all cost, it will be the worst decision you will make to use them!!!! I paid £4500 for my transplant in march 2023, I was told I would receive 2500 grafts, I have later been to other dr’s and showed them my pictures after the transplant and they have said there is no more than 1500 grafts there! The after care was none existent and have to continually message just to get the prp which was included in the price! I later got back in touch with them to say I wasn’t happy with my transplant , which he said I could have another one (the contract stated if unhappy with results another is free of charge) which has been cancelled 5 times now all at last minute after booking time off work which has resulted in me loosing money!!! They is no longer answering messages, legal process is about to move forward to retrieve money owed!!

Currently recovering from my second hair transplant procedure with the clinic to fill in some new gaps that appeared. I was very happy with the first results and I am more than certain I will be the same with this second one once it grows in. They were helpful and friendly. Would certainly recommend.

Big scammer in the world.don't waste money

Haven't received a refund from a procedure I was supposed to receive back in 2022. There were multiple set backs and changes to the date of surgery, this was to the point where I did not receive the surgery and had to go elsewhere.
I would not recommend them.

I had my hair transplant here and I really liked it as the staff was so supportive and they take care of there patients very well.
I will highly recommend Harley street to everyone

I am doing this to support and ensure others are not affected by my situation and the pain caused by it. And I hope Trust pilot reviews all the other negative feedback rather than trying to cover up the truth by challenging me on the truth. Of course, the challenge came from the business owner. It was an expected move!

My brief story.. My interaction with this company and the business owner begun Dec 2024. Personally, I made a huge mistake in trusting this company owner who cancelled 3 treatment plans and never delivered on the contract he signed. Reflecting back.. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand but I did not.

The facts.. I have a legal process ongoing with the courts to retrieve back the money never returned to me. I am owed £2800. I now trust in the legal process.

My recommendation… Do not go anywhere near this company and use other reputable company. There are great companies out there who give expected results and quality service.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH HARLEY STREET HAIR TRANSPLANTS

I paid £700 upfront to Harley Street Hair Transplants for a hair transplant procedure that was never carried out. After months of delays, rescheduled appointments, and broken promises, I received no refund.

After exhausting all options, I took legal action. A County Court Judgment (CCJ) was issued in my favour against Harley Street Hair Transplants. The individual I dealt with — who presented himself as the company’s owner — did not respond to the court or attend the hearing. I won by default.

The County Court Judgment issued in my favour is a matter of public record. Anyone wishing to verify the details can do so via a simple online search. This relates to my own legal proceedings and public information — not private data belonging to Harley Street Hair Transplants. Attempts to remove this under privacy rules are misplaced and, in my view, part of a broader pattern of suppressing genuine complaints.

The company only contacted me after I posted a review. At that point, the representative proposed a repayment plan:

• £100 immediately
• £100 on 28th August
• £500 on 28th September
• Final balance on 29th October

I removed my original review in good faith, trusting the agreement would be honoured. As of today, only £300 has been paid. The remaining balance, including court costs and interest, continues to be withheld — despite a legally binding judgment.

Over nearly a year, the company representative repeatedly postponed repayment and made excuses — citing poor weather, Covid, and personal matters. Dates were changed multiple times, and I was kept waiting without resolution.

The business has also made repeated attempts to suppress my reviews — flagging them and hiding behind platform rules. This has happened while continuing to withhold repayment and failing to honour the agreed plan.

I’ve retained all WhatsApp conversations, payment receipts, court records, screenshots of the repayment plan, and correspondence with Trustpilot.

I’m sharing this to help others make informed decisions and to highlight the need for greater accountability — both from businesses and review platforms.

Kevin Quest - the so called advisor will steal your money. Do not trust him or this company. £1000 deposit for a treatment that will never happen. Don't waste your money. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Leading up to my procedure, the team at Harley Street Hair Transplants where always available and quick to reply to any queries or concerns that I had to put my mind at ease. They where always very polite and accommodating to my needs. The surgeon, Dr Shah and his assistant were excellent. He really helped me to relax on the day and nothing was a problem for him. The aftercare has also been excellent so far. I would recommend using these guys.

I am still waiting for a refund since January this year I paid in full and never received treatment. Please stay away!

Please read reviews before paying. I was quoted a low price, sent a legit-looking contract, and told my surgery would be done by a very well-known surgeon. After paying £700 (I was asked for £1,000), I researched the company and found multiple negative reviews. Biggest regret was not reading these reviews before paying.

After reading these reviews and researching the doctor that the company told me would be performing my surgery, I grew suspicious, wondering why such a well-known, excellent doctor would quote such a low price for a major procedure. So I asked the owner for proof that it would actually be performed by this doctor. I was told I’d receive an official call from the doctor soon. The next day, I received a message claiming the doctor couldn’t operate due to personal reasons and that I would be switched to another doctor. This turned out to be inaccurate after I contacted the doctor’s official clinic and was told they have no connection whatsoever to this company. The doctor was surprised his name was being mentioned in this way.

When I raised this with the company, I received aggressive voice notes and was told reporting the situation wouldn’t work. Later, I was offered a refund, but by then, I no longer felt confident moving forward.

I reported this to my bank, and they confirmed my concerns. They recovered part of the money from the account I paid and reimbursed the rest. Others may not be so lucky. Based on my experience, I strongly advise carrying out thorough checks before making any payment. This company gave me inaccurate information, applied pressure, and mentioned a surgeon’s name in a way that was not correct.

To early to comment on results as its only 3 days into my recovery but seems to be healing really well and the after care provided has been informative and useful.

On the day of the op the clinic team were really welcoming and professional. The doctor who drew my hair line and talked me through my operation was very honest and to the point which I appreciated. The team who worked on my hair line made me feel very comfortable, did a great job and are a credit to the team!

My only gripe is that when I initially enquired I made it clear that I didnt think 3500 graphs was enough for my whole head, turns out I was right as the doctor on the day agreed and I now have to book another procedure for my crown but that isn't the fault of the team on the day. Would of been 5/5 if not for the orginal miss-quote.
