I have switched to this product from Belgravia minoxidil and especially love the 10% solution as it’s not as thick and comes with a measuring ml

Well , I found this minoxidil much more helpful for my hair as it is working better and faster than others,probably with cafeen and retinol mixed to minoxidil.
Also as I have sensitive scalp, they have all sort of different minoxidil and mine is without PG.
The customer service are helpful and they could sort out my mistake order free of charge.
Even they advised me for alternative minoxidil for my itchy scalp as the one without PG was out of stock.
I hope it would do the same.

Excellent product used 15% Dulagen minoxidil for years but now use hair medics uk's own brand 15% minoxidil with Pg + Azelaic Acid + Retinol + Caffeine - 6 Bottles 15% minoxidil with Pg + Azelaic Acid + Retinol + Caffeine which is just as good if not better

I recently ordered minoxidil 10% with finasteride 0.1mg hair serum,so was thinking I've never used these before so was worried about it taking ages before I'd get it,cause I'd been getting elsewhere but this was with finasteride aswell n much cheaper,I'd just run out so needed rapid...so checked on my account page on their website n said status completely after only ordering day before...which nowadays is unusual for anything to be so prompt so recieved 2 days after the order...which I'm more than pleased with and also i had a fowow up email checking i was happy with everything...n I was offered a free adjustable microneedling product for nothing,which was a nice surprise,I'd just thanked them for being so prompt with 24tracked which is with the price I'll just point out..so yeah I'm now getting that sent out to me which very useful because I'm already using one but it's just a fixed pin length...so definitely very decent friendly customer service aswell...so I will fully recommend these to anyone considering getting minoxidil/finasteride hair serum definitely try these cause it's all good from me..thanks again👍

I placed an order on April 28 and got the usual order confirmation and “your order is being processed” email the next day. That was the last proper update I got.

By May 13 (over two weeks later), I sent an email asking for a status update. No response. I followed up again on May 19 and finally got a reply saying someone from their team would reach out the next day, but no one ever did.

I sent another email on May 26 and, as of today, still no reply and no order. It’s been over a month now, and I’ve heard basically nothing from them.

Really disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this store based on how this has been handled.

I bought ketoconazole and spironolactone lotion and it's so smelly.
I couldn't use it anymore.
I used Minoxidil 5% as well and it game me such a terrible heavy head and dizziness.

I decided to pay part of a course of Hair PRP treatments up front as i didnt want to have a large balance when it came to pay at the 1st session. Due to personal circumstances i had to cancel the course and requested a refund a few weeks in advance of the 1st session. i emailed the company to cancel and requested my refund, i got a phone call from the consultant who couldnt remember even what he discussed with me. Tried to say that i had lost my money even when i was not obligied to pay anything up front nor have i signed anything. I have emailed twice requesting my refund and received no response. I will now have to go through legal route which is ridicious and disgusting.
Hairmedics in response to your response, this is hair related. You are both in the same building and yet you try and fob me off with saying it is another company.

I have been using hair medics for over a year and am really pleased with my results there a significant improvement in my hair I’ve used most of there products and have been pleased with them all , I would definitely recommend them , the service is great 😊

Products are great! They usually arrive within a week. The derma roller and minoxidil provided has really helped to sustain my hair! Definitely recommend.

I have seen hair medic uk for a while now, but judging with the reviews i don’t think i will be making a purchase especially if you don’t receive there products, to anyone reading this please read the reviews and beware from this company, im glad to see the reviews before i made a purchase.

I strongly advise against purchasing from Hair Medics UK. After three separate orders over the past few months, my experience has been consistently terrible. Save your money and avoid the hassle—go elsewhere.

Order 1: I purchased Minoxidil and Caffeine Shampoo. After seven days, I received no confirmation or tracking details—only a "processing" status. My email inquiries went unanswered. After calling three days later, I was told my order would ship that day. Another week passed with no updates, so I called again—only to be told the product was out of stock. As a "goodwill gesture," they offered a replacement shampoo, which never arrived. Three weeks later, I had nothing.

Order 2: A few months later, I placed another order, which included:

5% Minoxidil No PG + Azelaic Acid + Caffeine + Retinol (1 Bottle)
15% Minoxidil No PG + Azelaic Acid + Caffeine + Retinol (1 Bottle)
Serenoa Repens (DHT Blocker) (1 Bottle - 60 Capsules)
Delivery was fast—just two days—but the vitamin capsules, advertised as a two-month supply, expired in two weeks. When I called, I was told, "Vitamins are like chocolates, you can eat them after they’ve expired." Completely unacceptable—I didn’t pay for expired products.

Again, no confirmation or tracking details for seven days. My email went unanswered. After calling three days later (10 days post-purchase), I was assured my order would ship that day. Five days later, my package arrived—but with the wrong product. Instead of the No PG version I specifically ordered (due to scalp sensitivity), they sent me one containing PG without any prior notice. The result? Severe irritation, peeling skin, red marks, and breakouts.

I’ve now stopped using all Hair Medics UK products and will never order from them again.

Do yourself a favor—avoid this company. Their communication is nonexistent, their service is unreliable, and their products (if you even receive them) may be expired or incorrect.

order contained two products. one (Stymula Lash - 2 months supply ) worth £39.99 arrived. the other (TRX2 Hair Loss Capsules - 3 month supply) worth £169.96 was not received. no answer to phone or email. LOOKS LIKE A SCAM

I am updating this review from 1 to 3 star. After posting my original review online I got a call from a representative at Hair Medics and he was very helpful. He explained that the product had been sent to the wrong address and that was the reason for the delay. I received the product the next day and it appears to be well made high quality product and compared to other products with similar ingredients it is very good value for money.

I placed my order on December 10th and I still have yet to receive anything. I emailed them on December 28th they responded on January 2nd and they told me that they were away for the Christmas season and my order would be sent out on the next delivery day. 7 days later still nothing and I sent them another email asking for an update and no response. Yesterday another email, still no response and an hour ago another email still no response. Very poor service. I just want what I paid for.

Been more than two weeks . Paid 100 euro sth , didn’t receive the product , also no response from customer service . Looks like a scam .

The 15% minoxidil with 0.1 finasteride is an amazing product and very reliable.
This has increased hair growth and strength from roots using the recommended regular dosage.

Just had a fue transplant with dr bashar and his team on the temples area and honestly they were brilliant and professional, as I was so nervous he kept reassuring me throughout the surgery and he managed to do exactly as I wanted for the density I wanted. Can’t wait to see the final results.
