Have been worried for a year about my hair. Came in and was examined and was told I didn’t need to have a transplant and that there were meds to try out. I had already tried a few meds and had bad experiences with them. Told Jonny about the stuff I was worried about and he gave his advice. Was seen by a surgeon who told me the same.

Overall, my consultation was great. I was given solid advice. 4 months later, I’m feeling better and better due to that advice. Jonny was understanding throughout the entire conversation.

Would highly recommend!

What a great service and what a fantastic result. So pleased I went with Wimpole Clinic. They talked me through the process both at pre and post operation. Great follow up service as well. Bald patch has gone! Now looking to get the front done as well to finish the job. Highly recommend if you’re thinking about getting it done. You won’t regret it!

I had my hair transplant with Wimpole Clinic and it’s genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

I first had my consultation in Bristol with Adam, who was brilliant from the start. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel straightforward with no pressure at all.

I then travelled to London for the procedure where I met Dr Barry Abdelrahimsai. He was fantastic - very knowledgeable, professional, and also a genuinely nice, down to earth person which made me feel completely at ease on the day.

I’m currently around 6 months in, and the results have been incredible. The early stages require a bit of patience, but once the growth starts coming through, the difference is noticeable. It’s had a huge impact on my confidence and how I feel day to day.

The aftercare has also been excellent, with clear guidance and support throughout.

From my first enquiry, through the procedure, and throughout my recovery, the service delivered by the Wimpole Clinic was exceptional.

Pre- and post-surgery, Simone guided me through preparation, care, expectations, and anything else that I had a question on. He seemed to be available at all times and I don't recall a single occasion on which I had to wait any length of time for a comprehensive response from him, no matter the subject.

Similarly, Dr. Correia and his team were fantastic. Professional, skilled, quick, and obviously adept at working together. They did a great job of putting me at my ease and ensuring my comfort throughout the six hours of the procedure.

Excellent service all round

The advertising may look great, especially with celebrity endorsements, but the results don’t always match the promise. I had a hair transplant with them on Wednesday, 24th November 2021, and four years later, the outcome has been very disappointing.

This was my second transplant—the first, done with another company on the front of my hairline, was excellent. Unfortunately, my experience this time with Wimpole has been the complete opposite. The crown and top of my head now look very poor.

I did return to discuss my concerns, but I was simply told that I’m going bald and that the transplant area is visible. Overall, I’m extremely unhappy with the results.

I was super happy with the help I received from Marie-Royce Book concerning my hair . About three weeks ago a massive bald patch appeared at the top of my head , you can imagine what that does to a woman.
I have been having health issues and this pretty much top it for me.
Marie was amazing though, she is a senior trichologist, and from the moment I walk into her clinic , I felt at ease , she has a calming energy. She ask me lots of questions , mapped exactly when and why this happened to me, showed me my follicles were still alive, honestly that was such a relieve. She also advised me on what next to do, took me step by step into the plan needed to get my hair back , I am going for polynucleotide injections with her on my next visit, she was very thorough with me and told me also to get referred to a dermatologist asap, she literally spots things before anyone else does, I am so happy that my hair journey back will be in the care of Marie-Royce, she is awesome :)

Well what can I say, the experience I’ve had from the start has been second to none. I started my journey with a late phone call from Simone taking out his evening to explain all the details going forward, how everything works and what would happen. No pressure, just care and facts. Before my operation Simone was still there to reassure me and to make sure I’ve got everything prepped for my consultation. When meeting with KJ in Leeds I felt even more in great safe hands, again speaking through in detail about the whole process. When arriving in Manchester I felt at ease with Dr Meena and the team, getting straight on with the day no hassle. My local consultant KJ and a familiar face was there to greet me and make sure I’m feeling ready. The operation went successfully! Lunch was provided for myself and constant checking in feeling okay. After the operation Simone called to touch base about the whole day, along with post op instructions. Everyday since my operation Simone is there making sure the healing is maintained and again detailed post operation instructions. Knowing have someone to message or call at any time is amazing especially. As complex as the process is, my whole journey has been extremely easy. Marie- Royce was faultless and got me booked in for my procedure quickly, the consultation to begin with was very helpful and Marie understood exactly what I wanted, which also helped me decide to choose the wimpole clinic.
