Attention to detail, knowledgeable, personable. Yet to see whether the investment is fruitful, but I remain optimistic.. 5 years is long to wait but it’s part of the deal with this product .. lots of enjoyable parties in the meantime..

Relationship Building to understand the Customer
I’ve now been dealing with Ricki from Hackstons coming up to 2 years. I see this as a long term investment and as such, what’s important to both parties is truly understanding each other. Ric really has understood what I need out of this investment and has therefore supported me in cherry picking the right casks for my portfolio. The team at Hackstons all work hard on the relationships that they nurture and this is what puts them head and shoulders above the competition.

A great help
Working with Chris at Hackstons has been excellent, and I've bought two casks through them now. It feels like I'm being approached with good opportunities, without feeling like I'm pressured if it isn't right for me. I initially declined on my last purchase, but situations changed and Chris was still able to secure me the last cask so I didn't miss out. Great stuff!

I was invited to attend the recent Hackstons client event in Glasgow which was an amazing weekend!
It was great to meet the Hackstons team & clients & network with like minded people.
I met my new account manager Bilal at the event and he was very welcoming, personable & knowledgable.
Bilal & the team went out their way to entertain & look after us all. A brilliant experience with a perfect mix of knowledge, education & socialising & entertainment.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE
This is the second review I have written because in my view things have gone from good to great in a very short space of time . I was fortunate enough to be invited to their Glasgow event last week the Hackstons team who hosted this event were excellent putting us first and ensuring we had a great weekend they could not be faulted and on reflection this is how they run the business ensuring every client is the most important the company has. No question is a silly question the knowledge these guys have is second to none can't recommend them high enough
