THE BEST EXPERIENCE
This is the second review I have written because in my view things have gone from good to great in a very short space of time . I was fortunate enough to be invited to their Glasgow event last week the Hackstons team who hosted this event were excellent putting us first and ensuring we had a great weekend they could not be faulted and on reflection this is how they run the business ensuring every client is the most important the company has. No question is a silly question the knowledge these guys have is second to none can't recommend them high enough

While business is of course important to us, the wellbeing of our team is of paramount importance to us, and we have a duty of care for every single team member. Unfortunately, your attempts to persistently get in contact with one of our young female admin team members (incidentally the youngest member of the Hackstons team), made her feel very uncomfortable. We spoke to you openly about this and asked you politely to stop.
If this conversation was unpleasant for you, and in turn was the catalyst for your review then that is of course unfortunate, but we stand by our approach to this situation as ensuring our team members feel safe and comfortable at work will always be a priority for us. We have kept a documented record of all conversations as well as notified our company legal team as harassment of any kind will not be accepted by us.

Richard gave us fantastic advice while also being very professional and understanding that this was personally my first investment with Whisky or any area outside of property or bonds.

I had a terrific experience
I had a terrific experience! My parents have already worked with the company and had similar excellent service. The whole process of investment was clearly explained, and after explaining what kind of investment I was interested in, a perfect investment opportunity at the right price was found immediately. The knowledge of the staff was excellent and everyone was so polite and helpful. This will be first of a hopefully long and fruitful relationship with the company!

Experience with Hackstons
The information and the clarity. The Sales pitch from Glen was clear and open. The separation of the financial compliance was important. Access to submission and payment was clear. I shall only know in five years whether it is a worthwhile investment however I was given sufficient information to make that decision.
One point for improvement would be making available access to independent information on the security of Hackstons data and the governance of the FSA rules that Hackstons apply to the people who invest through them

Very good information given to about the process and the long term strategy. I was constantly kept informed by emails and phone calls.
